I love this microwave. It is big inside. Cooks very well. Easy to clean.

large size - easy to clean. and Popcorn sensor works better than any other microwave we ever owned. all we do is hit that POPCORN button and it comes out perfect. and when it's ready - it plays a very happy tune!

Great microwave, it does what in needs to do! Our very old one finally died and we wanted one of comparable size, this one fit our cabinet. The normal microwave beep is different on this model, after reading reviews here about the tune being annoying I was a little worried, but it is SO much better than the normal sound that most other models make. It plays a quick little jingle that we actually enjoy. Only negative I have is the light inside isn’t super bright- it’s blue-ish. We’ve only been using it for several weeks but no issues so far.

Easy to use once I figured out how to use lower power. Rounded back corners, so very easy to clean the walls. Nice sounds to let you know when the timer is finished. Looks great also.

Size, design and function are good. Easy cleaning as advertised. Difficult to get the number input correctly. Smudge magnet. Lighting can be brighter

First thing I loved about the microwave was the pleasant sound of when it is done. The microwave does a great job with warming leftovers, not too hot, not too cold. The way it defrost meat if I need to in a pinch, it great! It doesn’t cook the meat just defrosts it.

Works great! Has a nice little jingle. Has a good size and looks amazing.

We bought this as a replacement for a GE unit that had seen years of good service. We had recently purchased an LG stove and fridge that we really liked, so decided to give one of their microwave products a try. The unit is large enough to handle all of our jobs, has all of the bells and whistles that we need and matches our other LG appliances. It even plays a cute little tune when the food is ready. The front panel buttons are a bit challenging to decipher. Instead of just hitting a "reheat" button on the front, you have to open the door and follow a written guide posted inside on what type of dish you are heating. A bit cumbersome to me. But once you get the hang of it, the microwave functions extremely well. So far, it's been a good unit!

Generally pleased with the microwave after several months of use. Door latch seems cheap and makes a loud noise opening and closing. I wanted to build the microwave in to a brick decorative chimney, so I made my own trim kit. In order to get the venting right I gat the installation instructions for the LG trim kit. The LG trim kit cost more than the microwave, but if I had to pay a cabinet maker to make wood trim like I did, it would have cost alot too.

It's a good size, heats up food quickly and evenly, and doesn't give a bad 'microwaved' taste. It also stays clean and has a very sleek and modern look. I really love this microwave.

I had no idea how bad we needed a new microwave until we bought this. Coffee that took 2.5 minutes to heat, now heats up in 45 seconds (30 seconds for my husband, that swears my coffee is just to hot). It’s bigger o the inside!! It totally would hold a large turkey inside. Clean- no finger prints. A lot of people dislike the chime. My only problem is, I never know what appliance to go to as I have all LG in the kitchen and laundry room..they all have a similar chime, if not the same. I don’t mind the chime. I’m just happy to reheat my coffee in less time.

We absolutely love this microwave. It is so easy to use. I replaced my sharp microwave with this LG microwave. After owning the Sharp microwave for 4 years I still didn't know how to use all the functions. This LG was so easy to use the first day. If you're looking for a microwave that is easy to use this is the microwave for you. It is really big on the inside. It is really nice looking. There is a reason why this microwave has so many 5-star ratings.

I searched for a microwave this size to replace a Kenmore Elite from 2003 that was in a built in cabinet with steel cover. I did not want to have to replace the cover frame which on estimates was more then the cost of most microwaves. The other reviews of this product referenced fitting other frame covers. I checked the measurements and this one fit the bill. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and it works better than my prior 2003 microwave (as one would hope). I am very pleased with this unit and would recommend it.

I got this microwave to replace my old LG microwave that gave out on me. My old microwave was discontinued and replaced with this one. This one doesn’t have as many buttons for choices like my old one, so I thought I wouldn’t like it, but I LOVE it! The sensor in it heats my food up evenly and QUICKLY! DONT have to keep my food in the microwave as long. I love the little tune it plays when the timer runs out as well, it’s not the boring beeping sound lol overall I would say PURCHASE THIS MICROWAVE! Worth every penny.

LG Neochef 2 cu ft is an attractive and very powerful microwave oven. The large size will accommodate big ceramic casserole dishes. We love the little song instead of those annoying chirps the old microwave sounded off with to announce when cooking is done. The ability to truly cook on lower power using the inverter technology means creamy soups and other heat sensitive foods don't get ruined.
