Very spacious interior. Easy to clean inside and out. Heats your food fast. Pops almost all the popcorn in the bag. Small learning curve on the sensor cooking feature but when you get used to it you'll love it. Great value and out performs everything in it's price range. 100% recommended. Better than the unit that came with my build 3 years ago.

It's a good size, heats up food quickly and evenly, and doesn't give a bad 'microwaved' taste. It also stays clean and has a very sleek and modern look. I really love this microwave.

Bought this for my mom her 27-year-old microwave finally burnt up. One she says it’s large enough to cook a small turkey and heats up everything very quick and thoroughly.

Our old microwave was on its way out and i took a while to figure out what i was looking for and for the price and the features this offers it was the best purchase out of the selection while not breaking the bank.. has allot of space and heats your food very fast

We love our new singing microwave. It was surprisingly lightweight and easy to install. It is really sleek looking. It cooks evenly and quietly; you barely know it is on. And you never forget you left anything in there. I haven’t experimented with cook settings or seen any quickset buttons yet but am pleased otherwise.

I had no idea how bad we needed a new microwave until we bought this. Coffee that took 2.5 minutes to heat, now heats up in 45 seconds (30 seconds for my husband, that swears my coffee is just to hot). It’s bigger o the inside!! It totally would hold a large turkey inside. Clean- no finger prints. A lot of people dislike the chime. My only problem is, I never know what appliance to go to as I have all LG in the kitchen and laundry room..they all have a similar chime, if not the same. I don’t mind the chime. I’m just happy to reheat my coffee in less time.

Great deal from best buy especially getting the open box price with no dents or scratches looks beautiful and very sturdy heats up my food really fast defroster is amazing. I definitely recommend I will definitely from what I see right now this lasting me for years to come.

Very nice microwave. Fits in with rest of my appliances well and is very easy to use. Love the little chimes it plays instead of the annoying buzzer sound!!

I searched for a microwave this size to replace a Kenmore Elite from 2003 that was in a built in cabinet with steel cover. I did not want to have to replace the cover frame which on estimates was more then the cost of most microwaves. The other reviews of this product referenced fitting other frame covers. I checked the measurements and this one fit the bill. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and it works better than my prior 2003 microwave (as one would hope). I am very pleased with this unit and would recommend it.

I got this microwave to replace my old LG microwave that gave out on me. My old microwave was discontinued and replaced with this one. This one doesn’t have as many buttons for choices like my old one, so I thought I wouldn’t like it, but I LOVE it! The sensor in it heats my food up evenly and QUICKLY! DONT have to keep my food in the microwave as long. I love the little tune it plays when the timer runs out as well, it’s not the boring beeping sound lol overall I would say PURCHASE THIS MICROWAVE! Worth every penny.

We absolutely love this microwave. It is so easy to use. I replaced my sharp microwave with this LG microwave. After owning the Sharp microwave for 4 years I still didn't know how to use all the functions. This LG was so easy to use the first day. If you're looking for a microwave that is easy to use this is the microwave for you. It is really big on the inside. It is really nice looking. There is a reason why this microwave has so many 5-star ratings.

Love this microwave. Beautiful black stainless and the chime is music to your ears instead of the some 'ol screech. Very easy to use.

LG Neochef 2 cu ft is an attractive and very powerful microwave oven. The large size will accommodate big ceramic casserole dishes. We love the little song instead of those annoying chirps the old microwave sounded off with to announce when cooking is done. The ability to truly cook on lower power using the inverter technology means creamy soups and other heat sensitive foods don't get ruined.

For the money this microwave has size and ease of use for pros. I like the darker color of the inside of the cooking area as well as an area large enough to cook a full size pizza. The controls are easy to understand and use and it doesn't have the annoying beeping most have instead it plays a musical note. I am very satisfied with this LG microwave.

Very easy to maintain, it warms everything in minutes and love the sound when it’s done and it reminds you with a sound you still have it

I love this microwave. I was bummed when we rented a house that had no over the range microwave so we had to get a countertop. This makes up for that annoyance. The sensor cooking is so nice, our plates don’t get hot but the food definitely does. It chimes whenever it’s done which is also nice if you’re in another room. It’s big so if you need a big dish, you’re covered. Its easy to clean, big, powerful and actually useful.

So far so good. It looks good and works great. I also do like the sounds. The door release could feel a little better, sturdier.
