On paper, this has a lower wattage than our old one (1600W). In actual use, it's pretty close once the learning curve is conquered. Do we use all the programming? No. Does it work? Yes. Not a fan of the chime. Otherwise this is a solid microwave.

I find the chime at the end of cooking rather pleasant, not off-putting as some reviews have mentioned. Functioning has been as described. Wattage of 1350 stated should be corrected to 1200 as pointed out by other reviewers.

Disappointing entry level control options

It was more like entry level controls. For example, the Popcorn button is >>ONLY<< for a 3.5 oz bag. It cannot be adjusted for other size bags. It can only do one cooking cycle. The list goes on. And the special surface that is easier to clean was nothing more than darker enamel making it harder to see grease -- but also making the cooking compartment really dark. Overall rating is just meh. Not great but also not bad. I ended up returning it and "traded down" for a lower cost model with more cooking options.

Excellent BUT ....

Very hard to see the numbers & program buttons When I read reviews folks complained about the chiming at the end - no issue it chimes a couple of times then stops. Nice feature- if you leave the door open to air out the light turns off after about a minute saving the light bulb
