So far everything has worked as it should and we are pleased with the performance. The interior light is bright, chime is different but causes you to grin. Wish control pad was backlit. Would recommend product. Slowly replacing kitchen appliances so they are all LG.

Push button door operation is not convenient nor easy to use. Interior is dark gray and not my preference. Not as many features as some others, but I don't need them. Cooks TV dinners, boils water, makes popcorn well.

It cooks evenly and super fast. Had to adjust our cooking times from what we used to use to recommend times from instructions on the reheat/cook times.

However, BB had far more LG microwaves in stock than other brands, they were well reviewed, and decently priced. The microwave works well. The only critique is that the "start" key is shared with an "add 30 seconds" key. So, you have to hit the top portion of the key to start the microwave, but the lower part of the same key to add 30 seconds. Could have been planned better.
