This model appears to have less features than the previous which had control issues. It was the only option we had that will work with the hood cover otherwise we would have had to buy a new cover if we had chosen a different brand or model.

The first time I purchased this microwave new, the turntable stopped working within two weeks. I returned the microwave for a replacement, and 3 months later the turntable on that microwave has also stopped working. The button interface is a bit inefficient. For example, to reheat the dinner plate mode, you push the "sensor reheat" button 3 times instead of pushing "sensor reheat" and the number 3. On a positive note, we like the tune that plays when the timer is done or the reheating complete.

We had to reduce the times slightly on cooking items as this unit has more power than our last one. But overall it has worked great. The only thing I wished it had was a silent option as the done chime music is a little annoying.

However, I really didn’t want to drop that kind of money again! This LG beauty fit the bill in every way for less than half the price of my previous microwave. It’s easy to use, takes up the same footprint, and it SINGS.

Great product, appearance, smart features and functionality.

This microwave cooks evenly and plays nice music when done. I haven't used any of the advanced features, but if you need a nice quality countertop microwave this one is very good.

I got it out of the open box microwave section it is a great microwave. the only problem one leg is shorter so we had to put a little thing in there to even it up and works great saved money by getting it at the used box and could not ask for a better asset to our kitchen
