    Exceptional microwave oven and especially like the sensor cook option. I like the The dark gray interior didn’t think I would. Much prefer to the stark white bright light version of microwave. Love the many options. Would repurchase.

    So far so good. Only thing i would complain about is the cost. To get the trim kit with the microwave is pricy, but they all are. So far i love the microwave (all 3 weeks of it)

    Never bought an LG product before. After a few months (3-4?), the drive that spins the platter developed a "clatter" like the gears are sloppy. The microwave does what it's supposed to do and I'm glad that it's larger than our 10 year old GE plus uses less electricity. However, it's discouraging that the platter drive is noisy already. Very likely going back to a GE - never had a problem with the drive. Also, I'd really like it if the buttons were lit up. Our kitchen is normally somewhat dark so I always have to turn a light on to see the buttons. A minor complaint but every other gizmo these days has lit buttons.

    This monster is a delight to use. Once you understand the easy control panel you are ready to go. Read the instructions! Don't just poke at things! The extra large turntable is wonderful for reheating large roasts and birds rather than enduring the heat of the kitchen oven. I picked up a microwave plate cover that helps keep the cleanup to a minimum as well. Cheers!

    This is our third LG microwave, in between we made the mistake of buying a sharp carousel. Lasted just over a year and then made a terrible vibrating noise so we purchased this third LG and love it.the only thing missing from this one is the quick defrost button, this generation of LG took that button away and wish they would not have, it really came in handy

    guess its just another microwave. it wont let me connect to the smart diagnosis thing and when i close it and start it, it starts for about 2 seconds then stops and says "door". its only a year and a half old
