Love this microwave. Beautiful black stainless and the chime is music to your ears instead of the some 'ol screech. Very easy to use.

Very easy to maintain, it warms everything in minutes and love the sound when it’s done and it reminds you with a sound you still have it

I love this microwave. I was bummed when we rented a house that had no over the range microwave so we had to get a countertop. This makes up for that annoyance. The sensor cooking is so nice, our plates don’t get hot but the food definitely does. It chimes whenever it’s done which is also nice if you’re in another room. It’s big so if you need a big dish, you’re covered. Its easy to clean, big, powerful and actually useful.

For the money this microwave has size and ease of use for pros. I like the darker color of the inside of the cooking area as well as an area large enough to cook a full size pizza. The controls are easy to understand and use and it doesn't have the annoying beeping most have instead it plays a musical note. I am very satisfied with this LG microwave.

Intuitive and efficient: You can just enter the time and press start. If you're in a hurry, you just hit start and it cooks for 30 seconds (or adds 30 seconds if it's already cooking). You can do fancier things (sensor options, power level) but don't have to. No extra button presses. No teaching guests how to use it. Inverter: unlike most microwaves, if you select half power, it gives you half power, instead of toggling on and off every few seconds. I appreciate this when trying to make my oatmeal not bubble over or when trying to evenly defrost something. Huge and powerful. Warranty: my unit failed; it started making buzzing and popping sounds instead of heating food. I see this as just bad luck that can happen with any manufacturer/model. Worse luck: it happened after Best Buy's return period, during the coronavirus shelter-in-place order while my wife and I are taking care of our two pre-schoolers and trying to work from home, just barely keeping it together. The critical thing (which decided between a 5- and 1-star review!) was how LG handled it. I had a bad feeling at first; their web form talked about waiting to talk to someone to get a shipping label, and I had trouble talking with a human over the web chat, phone, or email. I was afraid I'd wait over a month: a week for them to get back to me, a week for ground shipping to them, two weeks for them to repair it, and another week for it to get shipped back. My microwave broke on Saturday; on Wednesday they came through big-time. I don't know if this is their normal procedure, their procedure when they are struggling with coronavirus restrictions, or their procedure when they see I'm struggling with coronavirus restrictions, but aside from the few days of uncertainty/waiting at the beginning it's perfect. You buy another one at a store (I was way ahead of them on this—I'd given up on them and desperately bought a new one without knowing what I'd do with an extra microwave) and get reimbursed 2–4 weeks later. That satisfies the absolute most important thing to me: getting a working one again fairly quickly. Also the second important thing: not paying them more money for the defect. And while I haven't gotten reimbursed yet, it sounds surprisingly easy.

Been using this for about a month now and I’m very impressed with it. Great power, fairly quiet, and plenty of space to hold large items. It’s bulky but I knew that when purchasing it.

This is a well made microwave oven with spacious interior and easy access to all commonly used cooking menu items. It is quiet to run and a pleasant reminder tone for cooking being ready. I would like to see a white interior color vs this dark gray interior color but it is okay for me.

Very sleek and easy to use. Fits so well with the modern kitchen decor. Its large capacity makes it versatile, no need to worry about reheating something and the packaging doesn't fit.

Love this microwave. Excellent heating, really easy to use, and is very quiet. Seems to be quality built (hopefully it will last as long as the one I replaced, that was 18 years old).

This is a huge microwave just so you know. It works awesome and is pretty lightweight.but it does take up a fair amount of counter space.

This is one sexy microwave if I must say so myself!!! Trying to keep with my stainless steel theme, I had to recently replace another that hadn’t even lasted a year! Because I distrust electrical appliances so much, I never spend too much on them. This was within price range and a brand name I trusted. Wish I had bought this the first time. It’s big enough without being too big and I love the sensitivity of the buttons. Don’t have to worry about irregular or uneven heating. Perfect every time.

I don't have anything negative to say about the performance of this microwave so far (only had it about a month). I bought it to replace an almost 20 year-old Panasonic which I loved, and this LG is almost identical to that in power and convenience. But there are two very minor things that I wish I could change. The rotation speed of the turntable seems to be almost random. It takes a little less than a minute to boil a cup of water for tea, but I haven't found a time setting that consistently leaves the cup handle facing out for me to take the cup out without needing to reach in and turn the cup around. The Panasonic's table rotated exactly every ten seconds, very predictable. Also I wish I there was a way to reprogram the sound. I don't need the microwave to ding with every button I push -- just when it;s done cooking. But these are things I can live with and will probably even get used to. Especially since I chose this LG over another Panasonic because of the LG's longer warranty.

This LG microwave is large but it has a big turntable and lots of room in it, also it's very simple to operate, not a lot of confusing things to push, also it keeps reminding you if you leave something in it. Perfect for forgetful people like me. No problems and works wonderful.
