Great unit for price. Simple to use & I haven't previously used sensor cook but now that I have it, I love it. Only con is the button to open which is pressed on the side of the door. It seems like it would be more functional/less awkward if it was pushed on the outside to open

The microwave works as it should. I haven't actually cooked in it yet, but i basically purchased it for reheating.

It is simple to setup and use. The interior light looks really cool.

Very nice looking microwave. The defrost works perfect and cooks supper fast. The popcorn button pops the entire bag. The inside of the microwave is rounded (no seems) so it makes it easier to clean and cooks things evenly. The inside is also grey, so it doesn't look dingy like the ones that are white.

Solid microwave that cooks evenly, cooks quickly, and provides exceptional power for its compact size. The LG chime is a nice touch as well, rather than the annoying "I'm done!" beep that most microwaves provide.

It's a good, powerful, counter-top microwave. It doesn't have a ton of features, but that's fine for me; I never use ll that stuff anyway. The only downside, which doesn't bother me, but it does bother many people online, is the tune it plays when your food is done. It sounds like you're playing Leisure Suit Larry, and it cannot be turned off.

The only one at Best Buy that has a matching trim and fits my shelf.

We have had this microwave for about a month. It works well - cooking, defrosting & reheating. The only thing that takes getting used to is the chimes that tell you cooking is done...is is a little song. A bit more than I really wanted - a single tone would be nice. It does remind you if you leave something in the microwave after cooking...this is a great feature.

This a great counter top microwave. Between me and my wife and 3 kids it works great. It is big but that’s why I bought it for my kitchen. My home is 3,600SF and I have a large kitchen and it’s perfect not to big or to small. The reason I’m stating this is because if it was any bigger I wouldn’t had to return it. Yeah no build in microwave but a custom home?

Previously owned an LG & when it died, I was looking for the same type of product. I found what I wanted at Best Buy & was able to purchase online & have delivered the next day! Love the look, liked the price & loved the Customer Service, the free shipping & timely arrival the very next day of my new purchase.

We love the Microwave so far and are still learning all the Bells and Whistles. It does show fingerprints like all the Black/Stainless Appliances so that might be misleading. This was an Open Box Purchase and as a result was a great Deal. It was in Like New Condition with all the Accessories.

Works great, installed with trim kit in a cabinet. Only "issue" is the start/add thirty seconds button has a slight delay upon starting (have to wait a couple secs to hit again)
