We haven't had this for more than 6 weeks, but we really use it. One of the best features is the 30 second heat on the start button. We use that quite often. I haven't had a bad smell at all (as mentioned in another review) but I wiped it out when I first got it home and clean it after every use...it's so easy to clean! We seem to use it every day at least once.

I don't have anything negative to say about the performance of this microwave so far (only had it about a month). I bought it to replace an almost 20 year-old Panasonic which I loved, and this LG is almost identical to that in power and convenience. But there are two very minor things that I wish I could change. The rotation speed of the turntable seems to be almost random. It takes a little less than a minute to boil a cup of water for tea, but I haven't found a time setting that consistently leaves the cup handle facing out for me to take the cup out without needing to reach in and turn the cup around. The Panasonic's table rotated exactly every ten seconds, very predictable. Also I wish I there was a way to reprogram the sound. I don't need the microwave to ding with every button I push -- just when it;s done cooking. But these are things I can live with and will probably even get used to. Especially since I chose this LG over another Panasonic because of the LG's longer warranty.

This has been a great fit and efficient. I read the 1 star reviews before purchase and must say, I am not bothered by the unique tone when finished cooking as some have argued. I also find it much quieter during operation then my previous one. The large size is also a big plus. I would have given it 5 stars if it could talk.

Works great. Love the little tune it plays instead of an annoying beep. Large enough inside too.

This is a great microwave for the price. Full size, stainless, lots of presets and quiet. Cooks food or heats beverages fast.

This is my second one as my first one stopped working a little under a year and stopped heating. I ALWAYS purchase the best buy warranty and they swapped it out right there in the store. We LOVE this microwave. I purchased this for the size of the inside. From the outside it does not look big but I can fit a large casserole bowl in it. I have a family of 5 and use this multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a microwave. It stays clean and is sleek in appearance.

The microwave is awesome. I love the stainless steel design of the microwave. It is a big with lots of space inside it. It also doesn’t have the traditional beep of a microwave instead it plays a tune, which might be annoying to others but doesn’t bother me at all. I also love the sensor cook option on this microwave as well. Overall really great purchase.

This LG microwave is large but it has a big turntable and lots of room in it, also it's very simple to operate, not a lot of confusing things to push, also it keeps reminding you if you leave something in it. Perfect for forgetful people like me. No problems and works wonderful.

This is a replacement for a 40 year old Sears microwave that gave it its all. After a long search of units that for one reason or another didn’t ring my bell I found this LG microwave. The price was good, plenty of features, and the insides were big. After a few weeks of using it I was glad I bought it. I’m really happy the way it’s been performing. So it’s a big thumbs up for this unit. I’m glad I bought it.

I purchased the LG NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking and EasyClean in Stainless Steel on June 26, 2021, and my family has been using it every day since then. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. Firstly, the design of the microwave is sleek and modern, and it looks great in our kitchen. The stainless steel finish is easy to clean and has held up well to regular use. The control panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the LED display is bright and easy to read. The sensor cooking feature has been a game-changer for us. It takes the guesswork out of cooking, automatically adjusting cooking time and power based on the food being cooked. This has resulted in perfectly cooked meals every time, without the need for constant monitoring. The Easy Clean feature is another standout feature. It allows us to easily wipe away any spills or splatters, without the need for harsh chemicals or extensive scrubbing. This has saved us a lot of time and effort when it comes to cleaning the microwave.

This is my second LG Microwave. I like the quality if there products. This one is beautiful and easy to clean, I can multiple dishes in at the same time. If I were to fault this item, it would be that the door is a little noisy when you close it.

Been using this for about a month now and I’m very impressed with it. Great power, fairly quiet, and plenty of space to hold large items. It’s bulky but I knew that when purchasing it.

Purchased this large 2.0 Cu. Ft. microwave while on a trip to Washington, DC, picked it up locally in Greenville, SC a week later, which was much more convenient. Unit was on sale online for $40 less, but salesman in the store gave me the same price. He was super helpful arranging for me to pick up the unit at my local store. So far the unit works great, no complaints, so much better than my previous microwave which was over 25 years old!

Not my first LG product nor will it be my last. LG...like Best Buy should you have an isssue with an LG product you won't find a better company to work with. Great design easy to operate a few changes in the turnstyle that makes it easy to remove for cleaning.

The size is Big. It looks great. It works great. Many goo features. We've just purchaed it and impressed so far!

Love this microwave. Excellent heating, really easy to use, and is very quiet. Seems to be quality built (hopefully it will last as long as the one I replaced, that was 18 years old).

This is a great microwave. Our last model was a Kenmore Elite and it lasted almost 10 years. This LG is definitely a significant upgrade. I honestly thought the smart inverter was probably just fancy marketing and would not translate into real world results. I was more than happy to be proven wrong. This thing REALLY WORKS. We no longer get burned crusts on the edges and top of our food. I no longer have to add any sauce or water into the food to prevent it from drying out (I know it sounds weird to add water to your food, but it did work), Our food is heated very evenly, genuinely tasted better, and the known problem of your food being ice in one spot and lava in another is gone. That even applies to hot pockets! We purchased this because our old model died, but if I had realized how much better our food would be we would have upgraded to this before whether the old model still worked or not. I know it may seem silly to be excited over a microwave, but this one truly blew us away with the difference in our food. I HIGHLY recommend this model.
