Love looking at the sleek design of this black/stainless microwave. It is easy to use, however, it was a little tricky setting up the clock. For about three weeks I didn't even think it had a clock and I was disappointed but then discovered how to set it. The only feature I now miss is being able to just press the 1 for one minute, or the 2 for 2 minutes. I can live without that feature but I just miss it. I now have to remember to press 1 0 0 to get 1 minute. Some of the features I have yet to use.

This is my second LG Microwave. I like the quality if there products. This one is beautiful and easy to clean, I can multiple dishes in at the same time. If I were to fault this item, it would be that the door is a little noisy when you close it.

I read the reviews and Consume Products ratings before purchasing. This microwave works wonderfully. Using the reheat sensor ensures the food is reheated all the way through, no cold spots. The inverter gives you steady power and the interior size allows us to reheat the family meal all at once instead of plate by plate. The coating on the inside makes it a breeze to keep clean.

Very big and easy to use, heat up things in a min, good for commercial use

Extremely pleased with this microwave. Selected it because its dimensions allowed it to replace another older builtin model that failed. Very reasonable price, top notch simple keypad, and it works great.

I purchased the LG NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking and EasyClean in Stainless Steel on June 26, 2021, and my family has been using it every day since then. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. Firstly, the design of the microwave is sleek and modern, and it looks great in our kitchen. The stainless steel finish is easy to clean and has held up well to regular use. The control panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the LED display is bright and easy to read. The sensor cooking feature has been a game-changer for us. It takes the guesswork out of cooking, automatically adjusting cooking time and power based on the food being cooked. This has resulted in perfectly cooked meals every time, without the need for constant monitoring. The Easy Clean feature is another standout feature. It allows us to easily wipe away any spills or splatters, without the need for harsh chemicals or extensive scrubbing. This has saved us a lot of time and effort when it comes to cleaning the microwave.

It's been over a month and this microwave is working well. It's big. It's powerful. The inverter is nice. Heats evenly. My only minor complaint is that I wish they drew little circles around the active areas of the "buttons" (touch sensors). Often I press many times as I hunt around to find the sweet spot to activate the button. A circle might help give me something to aim for.

This has been a great fit and efficient. I read the 1 star reviews before purchase and must say, I am not bothered by the unique tone when finished cooking as some have argued. I also find it much quieter during operation then my previous one. The large size is also a big plus. I would have given it 5 stars if it could talk.

Not my first LG product nor will it be my last. LG...like Best Buy should you have an isssue with an LG product you won't find a better company to work with. Great design easy to operate a few changes in the turnstyle that makes it easy to remove for cleaning.

After 15 years of faithful service, my old microwave waved goodbye. Given the multitude of microwaves on the market, finding a new one was going to be a chore. After looking at a few dozen I narrowed my list down to five before deciding on this one. I was attracted by the 1200 watts of power and the 2.0 cubic feet of space. But specs are one thing, performance is another, and this oven excels. My food cooks thoroughly and evenly every time. I have yet to encounter any cold spots in my food, and the edges aren’t overcooked. I won’t get into all the bells and whistles, because it does what it’s supposed to do, and does it well. That’s my primary concern. This oven is pricier than most, but for the performance, I’m okay with spending a few extra dollars. I just hope I can get 15 years out of it. (Hey, let me dream…)

We had to replace our GE microwave due to interior rusting. We have a pretty large opening for it above our pantry so needed something specific. This LG fit the spot - we love it! Looks great, easy touch buttons and everyone in the family loves the little jingle sound it makes to let you know it's ready....a little more than we wanted to spend initially, but overall a good buy!

Works as advertised and makes a cheerful sound upon completion. LG stuff is usually pretty good and this microwave is no exception. One should always get at least 1,000 watt power as most food cooking instructions use this figure. Has ability to reduce power and other nice feature. I cried over my old microwave died but this LG make me happy again.

We haven't had this for more than 6 weeks, but we really use it. One of the best features is the 30 second heat on the start button. We use that quite often. I haven't had a bad smell at all (as mentioned in another review) but I wiped it out when I first got it home and clean it after every use...it's so easy to clean! We seem to use it every day at least once.

This LG - 2.0 Cu. Ft. Family-Size Microwave has all the features I want for my family and no real drawbacks since I bought it 1 month ago - and the price was a great value. This replaces my GE 2.0 Cu. Ft. Family-Size Microwave - that failed just 18 months after I bought it from Best Buy. I didn't buy extra warranty protection for that GE model - since I reasonably didn't expect it to fail just after the one-year factory warranty expired. But that's what happened. I used the savings on this LG Oven to purchase extra warranty protection. Overall, I'm unimpressed with the reliability of these products - which is why I rate the quality Good - not Great - and some LG Oven purchasers don't like the musical chime that plays when cooking finishes. (It's fine by me.) I also find the Sensor cooking less intuitive than for pevious MW Ovens I've owned. However, the glass touch disply on this LG model is robust and so unlikely to fail the way the GE Oven did (bad push-button display relay - a routne cause of failures, as I learned). And it has all the features my family has come to expect: large capacity, one-button 30-second start, powerful 1200 watts, Sensor cooking, rotisserie, kitchen timer, etc. I just hope this LG model is more reliable than GE was. I've had good experiences with most LG products I've bought and mixed results with GE. I'll remember that when I next shop at Best Buy.

Works great. Love the little tune it plays instead of an annoying beep. Large enough inside too.

This microwave is pretty large and plays a lot of musical noises when things are finished heating; but it heats things evenly in a short amount of time and the touch buttons are easy to use. No need to push hard

This is a replacement for a 40 year old Sears microwave that gave it its all. After a long search of units that for one reason or another didn’t ring my bell I found this LG microwave. The price was good, plenty of features, and the insides were big. After a few weeks of using it I was glad I bought it. I’m really happy the way it’s been performing. So it’s a big thumbs up for this unit. I’m glad I bought it.

Very large, modern looking and has wonderful noises that it makes when ypur food is done

Nice size microwave. It can fit a 3qt casserole. I like the sensor cooking and it is very easy to clean inside. I like the singing sound instead of beeping when it is ready.

The microwave is awesome. I love the stainless steel design of the microwave. It is a big with lots of space inside it. It also doesn’t have the traditional beep of a microwave instead it plays a tune, which might be annoying to others but doesn’t bother me at all. I also love the sensor cook option on this microwave as well. Overall really great purchase.
