The LG NeoChef 2.0 countertop microwave printproof black stainless steel has proven to be top notch. The look alone is impressive and the performance is even better. The printproof makes it easier to clean. Hi highly recommend this microwave.

GREAT microwave. Replaced unit after 15 years. Fingers crossed this one last that long but I expect it to last longer enough I get it’s value for its dollar. Great microwave and we’ve been Very happy to date. Would definitely recommend!

We bought this for Christmas to replace a 30 year old microwave. It is great! We love the keypad and the inside is roomy. It heats evenly and thoroughly. We highly recommend.

Started with Whirlpool but would not fit my cabinet. Exchanged for this LG because the dimensions worked better. Was also able to use existing stainless vent frame from the old Microwave. So far so good on an LG product but it's only been 4 weeks of use.

The Inverter Technology on this LG model has allowed more ways to properly defrost, cook, and reheat food. Our old microwave was pretty much "put the food in" and ZAP it. I'm sure we'll be able to better utilize all the features of this LG as we continue using it.

Another beautiful LG product. The microwave works as expected, and it "sings" when it's cycle is complete. I highly recommend this microwave.

Very good microwave. The interior capacity is very good for the office it will be used in. The features of this microwave are also a positive. The Smart Inverter feature is especially useful.

This unit has a full set of features, including smart warming. It also has a general purpose kitchen timer feature (best buy website has this wrong). Easy to setup and use - you don't have to use the fancy features if you just need a basic microwave to warm up fast food or leftovers.

This is actually larger than i really need, but the opening was cut large in my cabinets. My favorite feature is the sensor reheat, as i use this the most, and is does a good job. Sensor cook is my second favorite, as i had to guess the timing on my old one. The popcorn seems pretty accurate, too.

Replaced older version. Needed to fit exactly in hole on wall. Wish they made it "fingerprint free" though. Sounds are nice, programming will take some learning as they do more than just hit the button for a 1 minute warm up

This is a very nice microwave; it is large, has a light to see the status of your cooking, and looks great, and does a great job of cooking at high or lower power percent. I also have the trim kit which fits great.

Enjoy easy defrosting with custom defrost function. Just choose from custom defrost menu and input the weight of food, the microwave will do the rest. Or you can simply defrost 1lb. item and the microwave automatically adjusts the time and power.

Amazing and fast cooking microwave!! Goes with all our other LG kitchen appliances.

This is my first new microwave in more than 10 years. I am delighted with this unit. The sensor function makes using the unit very easy. Foods are always heated perfectly. The biggest challenge was to quit guessing how long and at what power to heat the food. Let the microwave decide and it is great.

Love the color, definitely worth the extra 20 bucks in my opinion. It's super easy to clean & works wonderfully!

This microwave is amazing! It cooks food so well that it almost tastes as good as coming out of the oven. The only downside is that this unit is huge! If you have a small counter space, you might not want to get it without checking dimensions.

We are very happy with the microwave. We looked at all that were on display and this one was the right size for our family. I like that there aren't as many options on the display, we did not use them on our other microwave. I also like black stainless steel.

i love this microwave! we didn’t really need a bigger one but i just love hiw i can warm my food all at once! got it as a birthday gift for myself and i am just so proud of this purchase. it sings to you shen done warming too. super happy!
