Best microwave I have owned. Strong device especially for the price. Never had a problem heating. It is also very big, make sure you have counter space first.

This is an excellent microwave oven and very good looking as well. It does have a very slight rattle. BUT read on...this is our second exact microwave of this model. The first was purchased in Nov of 2018 and died on Jan 2, 2020...a mere 14 months. We are fairly light users so I was quite upset! Best Buy honored the 4 year protection plan and provided a replacement BUT since the first one was on sale and this one was not they insisted that I pay the difference of $60!! I flatly refused and stood my ground and the very nice Geek Squad manager stepped in and issued an override for that. So the exchange was even after all. BUT I had to buy the protection plan again which had actually gone up $5 and I was not at all happy about that! If the oven had died within 12 months LG would have made it possible for me not to need to buy the protection plan again because it would still have been under warranty. I called LG to complain and they contacted Best Buy and got a verbal promise on the phone that Best Buy would refund the cost of the plan [$43.33 w/tax] to me by check in 7 to 10 days. It never came! I called LG again and they contacted Best Buy a second time and there was NO record of that promise!! Lastly, we have owned and exchanged 3 previous LG microwaves that died before 4 years. When the third one died that model was no longer available and that's when we got the first one of this model in Nov 2018. Although I have had problems I am recommending this appliance because it works well and does what it's supposed to do. Hopefully you will have better luck.

I've had this LG (Model:LMC2075ST) microwave for almost 2 months now and we are very happy with it. Functionally, it is a wonderful replacement for our Panasonic Model:NN-SD987SA which failed on us 2x in 6yrs (2nd time was just outside warranty). I've found it functions similarly in all ways. We went with the LG because of the longer (10yr) warranty and because it has the same power, and same type of Magnetron with "Sensor control" and "Smart Inverter" Technology. I see reviews where some people complain about the "Jingle" (instead of a "beep") that plays after cooking is complete- this is no big deal.. Matter of fact we like it- After my food is done cooking, this short "jingle" (that is not too long or loud to be annoying) will play every 1-minute- I find this useful because many times I need the food to "sit" for a couple minutes to finish the cooking. After a few minutes of "jingles" I know the food is ready. I did get the Best Buy Extended warranty- it's a pretty big inconvenience when these things fail. In the past we didn't have to worry about it- microwave ovens lasted seemingly forever 20-30+ years without a hint of failure. If necessary, I will update this after some more time has passed and something changes...

I used this microwave oven for the last 9 months and it works great. The price point is a little more than the comparable brands but worth buying.

Love it! We had our last microwave (different brand) for 25 years. I’m hoping that this one lasts just as long! The space is nice and big, it heats super fast.

Works great. Heats food well and I love the sensor heating options. It’s large enough for all my plates. I was worried about the buttons because of reading other reviews but so far I haven’t had any issues with the buttons. I popped popcorn with the popcorn setting and it worked great. There were only a few unpopped cornels.

This microwave looks very nice with its stainless steel cover... I purchased the microwave the day after we moved here. It’s very large and has preset buttons for convenient program cooking. It has a funny all done music it plays when your food/drink is ready. It’s like An Asian or Hoaky Almost ice cream truck music sound that takes getting used to. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because the door button broke after one year of buying it. The mechanism- A spring and plastic parts that will Quickly wear with a year time. There should have been a regular handle to open the microwave but the sleek push button it has “looks” better... but should have been mad with all metal parts! Especially for a push button that will get used many times every day. I expected more from a brand like LG.

Replaced my 6 year old LG Microwave after it had stopped heating. Heating is even and fast. And end of cooking sound so much better than the previous annoying beeps

Bought this to replace the built in microwave I previously had in my home. It works very well. Heats up food very quickly. Not very loud. My kids live the popcorn feature because they always get perfect popcorn without any scorched kernels

I've owned cheap microwaves my entire life and at EOL price this was definitely worth buying. It may just push me to buy newer models once this one kicks the bucket hopefully years from now

This is the best Microwave we could find especially for the price. We love the space and all the functionality is very easy to use

I've had this in my cart for MONTHS, mostly due to the issue with getting the trim that goes with it that is LITERALLY more expensive than the microwave. Whyyy? Idk but I could not hold off any longer and had to replace my old microwave bc of all the company coming for the holidays. Very surprised that it actually fits with our old trim from the previous microwave ... for now. Even though I hate the current trim bc it does not match at all, I will work on getting the right trim next. Please don't let the ridiculously expensive trim that is supposed to match it keep you from buying this at a great price. Very happy with my purchase.

Great microwave! Its heat sensor is wonderful--it reheats leftovers perfectly, and I especially like the way it steams fresh veggies. The digital tune it plays is much nicer than my last microwave's incessant "beep-beep-beep" sound, and I like the reminder tune that lets me know I've left my cup of tea in there after I've gotten distracted with my grandkids! The only complaint I have is the lighting. I'm visually impaired and because the inside of the microwave is grey the lighting is not bright enough. If the inside of the microwave was white I don't think it would be as big of an issue.

I replaced an older model with this and it was the same size, so fit perfectly! I like the pleasant audible chime it makes when done.

The LG-NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave cooks food items well. It perfectly fit the space where my old microwave was sitting. Once you add a trim kit to the microwave the look of a built in is complete. This unit replaced my original LG NeoChef after the door switch broke. The warranty covered the replacement and I only had to purchase a new warranty.

Fantastic product and heats up quickly and evenly. Would definitely recommend to other if looking for a replacement microwave.
