POWERFUL. We saw this microwave at our local BB. This thing is simple and straight to the point. The capacity on this thing is amazing. You can put huge plates / bowls inside and this microwave will heat it up in seconds.

This microwave is amazing! Great built in technology, presets, and smart cooking. Baked potatoes are perfect everytime.

The microwave is just perfect. It lets you know when it is ready, it will have a beep sound to let you know to come and get your food. It has a lot of space inside and different foods that you can cook inside of it.

It had a smell to it then started smoking. Best Buy wouldn’t work with us for a pick up or at least return via curbside. My mother can’t lift the microwave into the store as she doesn’t have the strength and is not entering stores during the pandemic. She is out the price of the microwave and will have to buy from somewhere else.

I love our new Microwave!! The inside can accommodate Large foods for defrosting and when it is done either cooking or defrosting, it will keep every few seconds to let you know your food is done I love this feature because I have forgotten things before.

My last LG microwave lasted for five years and I use it alot it started turning when the door was open, then stopped working all together. This is an upgrade with different features, still wish they had a light so I can see to punch buttons in the dark.

Perfect for our household needs. Large capacity with a slimmer profile. Powerful enough with great preset codes. Defrost for different items is a game changer.

So far, so good. My Kenmore is 30 years old and still works, but I wanted an upgrade. I miss the handle, and the little song it plays is different fro m the buzzer I was used to, but I'm adjusting. Heats great.

Very good product. I like it a lot. It has a very good sensor and very friendly.

Setting cook times a little tricky compared to previous brands owned. However, once familiar with the process,not an issue. The finish tune is different, but not objectionable. Does a good job bringing foods and beverages to suitable temperatures.

Great Microwave oven. Makes popcorn without burning it. Reheats food just right. I recommend this LG-Microwave.

Great product and I love the look of this microwave. The bell that sounds at the end of the cook time and reminder at the end of each minute that your cook time has ended is much more pleasing than other microwaves.

I bought this Lemon product worked only 15 months while other work 5 years or more. The Magnetron Cracked Cracked. I read the manual handbook says magnetron is 10 years warranty so I called LG warranty .they said can't send direct to. the customer they a certified electrician address and phone number to. Verify and customer have to pay for the service. If you want to order magnetron you have to pay $165 we can ship to you.I asked why I have to pay it still has 8years under warranty they said LG is not allowed customer to install themselves. So I have to pay more than the price of new microwave.this is cheating LG to excuse from sending the warranty part to customer. I stop using LG product because most of the product are very easy to break like my 3 years refrigerator stopped working other brands worked more than 5. 2 years Tv screen line and keep blinking screen 2 years DVD writers stopped working.

My very old microwave finally gave out after 38 years. I bought the LG -NeoChef. I love it! It is so fast !

Works good. This replaced one just like it, but it only lasted four years. I hope it lasts longer than that.

Excellent microwave. Not really for home use as it takes up so much counter space. Better suited for break rooms at the office.

It does its job, everything a microwave is supposed to do. The only con is it's kind of expensive.

Good looks and flawless operation. The only downer is that the keypad is gray on black and difficult to read.

The microwave is as powerful as they come. Its look is great, cooks all the way through anything, and can thaw things without cooking them. My only complaint is that the ring tone it makes when it is done cannot be turned off or changed, unless it's very difficult to do.
