bought this unit even though it had mixed reviews my wife and child and myself like this microwave with no complaints it works well and also is easy to use

Love how big it is and it works great. It holds so much bigger bowls.

Modern, sleek, works great! Interior is HUGE! Love being able to adjust the power level.

I purchased this model largely because it fit the space in my built-in wall unit. It appears to have up to date inverter technology, LED light, etc. Otherwise, it's a microwave oven! It very much meets my needs.

We've owned two of these models through the years. Love it. Easiest model to clean. Love the pleasant, musical sounds it makes. Cooks even and very stable roundabout.

So far an excellent microwave. The sensor seems to actually work like they say, I tested it out with some left over biscuits and they came out great. It cost a little more but I think it’s worth it

It was a perfect fit to replace my Kenmore microwave. The controls are very simple to use. There are a great number of preprogramed function to make this microwave very productive.

Stopped heating food after 15 months. Since it is 3 months outside of the initial warranty, LG said I will need to pay a technician to come diagnose the issue and then if it is the magnetron, while they will cover the parts, I need to pay them to fix it. I also have to find a LG authorized company to do the work (they provided 3 suggestions). I assume all this will cost as much as a new microwave so it seems the extended warranty is pretty useless. First microwave I have had this type of sudden failure of and certainly the first that died this quickly (also by far the most expensive microwave I have ever purchased). Not happy at all with this purchase.

I have been using this microwave for little bit and i love it, even food i reheat is so much better.

Got this to replace a microwave that died on us recently. Its got a bigger capacity and more wattage than our last one and you can really tell the difference! Had to adjust our cooking times to make sure we weren't burning our food lol

I like the inverter magnetron, seems to cook more evenly, not a big fan of the little ditty it plays at the end of the cycle.

The LG Microwave has turned out to an awesome microwave. It looks stylish, lots of settings, powerful and the colors go well in our kitchen. I was skeptical of LG but not any more, great product

My old microwave burned, the guaranty cover for a new one I’m so happy!

So far so good. The only negitive is that the feet slide too easy on our countertop.

Excellent microwave given in exchanged for my old new one that was poorly designed.

The microwave replaced another LG one that died five years and one day after purchase. Ours uses a kit that costs as much as the microwave to install in our cabinet. After spending two hours installing it, the keypad doesn’t work. In addition, we will avoid LG appliances in the future. The old one is supposed to have. Ten year warranty on the Megatron. It may have, but the warranty doesn’t include additional parts and labor. I wasted a bunch of time chatting with LG and calling multiple service centers (that never called me back) to find this out. We also have a $3000 French door refrigerator in the garage. It works perfectly, but will not deliver ice or water through the door until you reset the circuit breaker. The erro code E15 comes up every two hours or so. LG is frustrating!
