But we can fix that up :D So still giving this a 5. It works well, looks good, and was a great price.

It took a bit getting used to it with all the new and updated features; we had our other microwave for quite a long time. This new LG microwave is so easy to use and does a great job of cooking evenly and thoroughly.

Has pretty much all the basic features you need. The chimes are a little much; wish there was a way to turn them off.

Just make sure you take in consideration the dimensions of this unit if you're buying online because you will need a good size countertop to fit this Goliath.

This fits the space perfectly, I will read the directions, but it is easy enough to understand the basic functions without doing so.
