A little hard to follow the directions, but I am leaning. My last one was simple to use. This lone has more options to use.

Best Microwave i have ever owned. Superior quality and works like a charm. LG is a fantastic brand and very high quality. LG has surpassed Panasonic in the Microwave dept. Great purchase.

Works beautifully! The display is in blue and is easily seen, even across the room.

This microwave has a large capacity. My only issue is with the controls. They are not as intuitive as other microwave ovens previously owned. I had to read the manual more than once to figure things out.

It heats food more thoroughly than any other microwave we have ever had. Only downside is the open button is so tight that it moves the microwave back every time you try to push the button. Overall I would recommend

Microwave works great. The timer chime continues to go off if u don’t open the door and the buttons do not give a good tactile feeling when u push them but other than that it’s all good

It is a lot lighter and not black at all, it’s more silver than black

So far so good. Does what a microwave is supposed to except the singing part when the foods done.

Only had this unit for about a month so far but it seems to be working well. Simple to use and the chimes are a little bit nicer than our previous units beeping which was harsh by comparison. So far so good.

Only downfall was the cord not being long enough to put where previous microwave oven sat. Had to rearrange a couple areas to place microwave in a spot that wouldn't take up too much counter space.

I have never had to buy an actual microwave so this was my first. It even carries a modem inside so they can diagnose if something goes wrong. Talk about easy help! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

The sensor reheat works surprisingly well. It plays a little tune when it finishes. You can stop it by hitting the stop/clear button. The led interior light is handy.

Very easy to set up. This is a higher wattage than our last nuke, so it was a difficult learning curve. Overall, a good unit that's easy to use.

Excellent. Nicest microwave I’ve ever owned, simple controls, evenly defrosts and cooks food, which many microwaves seem to struggle with. Did I mention the no nonsense controls?!!

I have had this microwave for a year now and It has some pretty cool features, like the "rice" setting and "heat a plate" or "beverage". My husband used the feature to reheat pizza and said it was awesome.

I like the sensor features for cooking and re-heating food. The large platter supports several small dishes at the same time. The new Black Stainless finish complements our exiting black appliances.

Found the microwave I needed at Best Buy. We bought this to replace an older model. We also purchased a 4 year warranty to go along with it. The microwave works great so far.
