This microwave cooks beautifully. With a soft chime sound when done. It’s very easy to clean. Happy so far with this machine

Choices in 2.0 cft countertop microwaves are very limited. This microwave seems to heat very evenly and is easy to clean. There are some programmed settings, but I only use them occasionally. I'm very pleased with the way this unit cooks. On the downside, the whole unit is so light that when you press the door release button the whole unit moves and is always crooked. Very annoying.

I’d originally planned on buying a much more expensive drawer microwave and/or smart microwave that I could control with Wifi. Everything I wanted was on back order, so I pivoted to a cheaper and more basic route for the time being, and after a ton of research ended up choosing this LG NeoChef. Ultimately I think I probably dodged a bullet when all of the other more high-tech options were backordered — because not only was this LG 10x cheaper, it’s a sweet machine in its own right. It looks pretty slick inside and out, is pretty easy to clean, the sensor technology in it works great, and it heats up food a lot faster and more evenly than my old microwave. So a win all around. I do still wish it had some smart Wifi features — but on the other hand, I guess I don’t really need to have an app to control a microwave haha. It’s very easy to use — just click “sensor cook” or “sensor reheat” and then click “start” and boom, it does its thing.

No material complaints. As I think some other reviewers have mentioned, the Done bell becomes increasingly irritating the longer you go w/o shutting it off or getting your food out. Ringing one time would be more than sufficient. But it's not to the level where it would dissuade me from purchasing again. Price was very reasonable, it looks great and performance is excellent. Typical LG product, at least in my experience.

I can't say enough about this microwave. It is everything that I needed. Including, an excellent price point, easy to use instructions, great interior lighting, and smart sensors. It is easy to clean, and I have own it for over 1-year and it looks brand new and works as advertised!

This microwave is easy to use and the size makes it so you can use it for most anything! The heafty size is not for someone with imited counter space. And why are other reviewers complaining about the little songs it plays to notify you when the time is up? They are not loud, not repetative, and much more pleasant than most other appliance notifictions.

Before I went to the store and looked for this microwave, I reviewed many of the comments posted on the Best Buy website. This oven cooks quickly and easily. Unlike other microwave ovens I have used in the past, the popcorn setting makes the popcorn perfect with zero burnt popcorn. When the item is cooked the oven plays a pleasant tune. I really like the appearance and style of this oven and highly recommend it.

We were needing to replace a built-in microwave and found this unit that had a trim kit that perfectly fit the cabinet of the previous unit. The microwave surprised us with how well it looked and worked. The microwave price was fantastic. The only down side was the trim kit cost more than the microwave but the combined cost was still a good value and it looks great.

We recently remodeled our kitchen which included the need for a new microwave in our island cabinet. I was nervous moving from an over the range to a counter style thinking they would be less powerful and small. To the contrary this unit has the same power as our old unit and is even larger inside. The price was great and as a bonus the kids love the little tunes it plays. Very pleased overall with this unit.

This is by far the best microwave I've ever owned. We got rid of a smaller LG recently and replaced it with this one. It is great looking, has a HUGE capacity and is extremely quiet and easy to use. It fits perfectly on the microwave cart and the black stainless is beautiful and does not show fingerprints.

Handles a small turkey, lite on the in side ez to clean. Much better then the last one I owned.

We were very pleased with this microwave. It is a very large capacity- larger than we expected. The musical chimes are pleasant and I love that it reminds you that you have something in there. So many times I have reheated coffee and forgotten it in the microwave- not anymore! Would definitely recommend!

This microwave is spacious and very easy to use. Heating is even and very easy to clean

I opened the box and there was a huge dent in the back right corner, as well as a big scratch across the top. I could have lived with the scratch, but the dent is impossible to miss. After getting no where with their offshore customer service department, I called my local store. I forwarded him photos and he agreed that this would be considered good condition, at best. There was a $30 difference between the 2 conditions, so he credited me $30. Between the wrong condition being sent and the rudeness of the people offshore, I’m very reluctant to buy anything open box again. If I pay extra for the higher quality, that’s what I expect to get. At least the guy at the store did the right thing.

Very easy to use. Food heats up/cooks quickly. Room for more then one item at a time.

Was looking for a replacement microwave and found this one. The stainless steel makes it look great on the countertop and the features make cleaning and eating very easy. Recommend.

We purchased this after our small microwave went out. We decided to go up in size, as we have a family of 5. So glad we did. This oven works great and has several quick key options. We live the sensor cook - no more cold in the middle. Would recommend if you are interested in upgrading! The only down side is it takes up a little more countertop space but it’s worth it to us!

This thing is great. I've had very good luck with LG over the years and this microwave is no exception. If it fits your size and power requirements I'd say get it. While it's certainly not quiet, it's not super loud either. For the price it's pretty much impossible to go wrong with this one.
