Cooks more slowly than I'd like, and the mechanism to open the door is hard to depress, but it's sleek, well-built and pretty easy to figure out the features.

I have only had this microwave for a week and it has been working great so far. My childs favorite part is that it plays a little tune when finished like our LG washer.

Wife was looking for something like that for our kitchen. Not too noisy. Feels well built. I wish you could dim the display.

Good buy. My wife loves it. The tone it has is amazing. It helps to remind you there's food in there when you get busy with other things around the house.

The product came with a crack at the Corner. I believe this was broken due to the handling and delivery. Might be a drop. The microwave is working fine.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She is thrilled with it. Has so many great functions and plays music when finished. Will play music again to remind you it is finished.

The only thing I don’t like is the chime when the food is done, it is very annoying.

My mom is tickled pink about this Microwave. she says she is always using the sensor cooking reheating feature of it and it comes out perfectly each time.

Works much better than the old style microwaves. Love the results. I wasn't sure about a counter top model but it give me a little more versatility.

this machine does everything I want, but is difficult for my 85yr old Mother to get use to. Not use to the light touch of the sensor panel, she still wants to push the buttons.

Microwave cooks well; however, push button for door broke after normal use in 1 year and 4 months. LG could not replace the part. Had to buy an entire new microwave.

Hate, hate, hate this microwave. It takes up slightly more space than our previous model, even though it has the same 2.0 capacity. Despite CR stating that it heats evenly better than most models, ours does not. In fact we've never owned a microwave that was worse. It also takes longer to heat food than our previous 1200 Watt model. Directions on microwavable products must be increased in time for adequate results. The Open button is even strange because you must push only the left side to open the door, which is intuitively backwards from what you want to do which is press the entire button or the right side. Setting times and starting the unit are also difficult because the touch controls seem finicky and don't always accept your initial touch. And, you have to touch them with the meat of your finger like a fingerprint scanner. When I've got dirty hands from food or whatever, I sometimes use a knuckle to press to buttons on a microwave. Not on this unit. The only positive I see on this unit is that the turntable seats firmly in a groove, so it's not easy to bump the plate and get everything off-center. We have several LG appliances in our kitchen which are excellent. This is not one of them.

Bought this for my mom for christmas. Blew our minds how crappy all other microwaves are. This is by far the best one we have ever owned. 5 stars. Amazing! Super super happy!

Purchase was a quick decision. Needed to match a new oven. Perfect for our space. Pleasant competent employees.

Convenient size, looks good and works great. What’s not to love. Only had it approximately one month. The true test will be the test of time.

This thing works wonders. Kills our old microwave. Perfectly cools popcorn, probably our favorite feature. It senses how long to cook it, without burning! Amazing.

Been very good has a nice chime when it's done the tinted glass is also nice

This is awesome microwave. It cook great. It has sensor cooking. Instead of buzzing, it plays cute tunes and will also remind you if you don't get your food right away.

Wanted the smaller size but this is all they had. Like the larger size because I can make several meals at once. Still learning how to use it but it's working fine.
