I'm very disappointed in the quality of LG microwaves. They must put all their time, effort, and engineering, into their televisions. From 2005 to 2017, I had the same Panasonic microwave. I didn't have issues with it, I just needed a larger one. I paid it forward by donating that unit. In 2017, I bought my first LG microwave, and of course it lasted one year past the Geek Squad warranty that I bought with it. In November 2023, I bought this unit (so not even a year of ownership). Three to four months ago, I began having issues with it, where it would just completely power down to a black screen. At first I thought it was my house, and that's where the cost of owning this unit got out of hand. In the wall, was a smaller metal box that, by today's standards, was smaller than a one gang box. It also had just a standard outlet. The wiring was older style, black and white wiring in a corrugated, flexible metal jacket. I had an electrician put in a new/old work, plastic one gang box with ground, a new GFCI outlet, obviously with ground, new 14/2 Romex, and new 20A Square D breaker in my electrical box. That was not cheap, but it completely removed anything from the equation, that wasn't the microwave. None of that made any difference, as it is still powering down. BOTH LG microwaves did this same thing, the one purchased in 2017 and this one in 2023. Stay FAR, FAR away from these!

I honestly haven't used this yet, but I feel comfortable saying that it's going to be a useful product.

Very nice and love the features. You definitely need to make sure you have the space for it because it’s very big but everything about it is nice.

Has above-average capacity and power. Performs just as expected.

It microwaves things and still works today. Can’t ask for much more than that. Could use a little more power but that more my fault then the microwave.

inside space of microwave is great. Delivery time was reasonable. Love the charcoal color.

Very nice microwave. Plays some music tones when done. The buttons can be a little touchy. Takes a bit to get used to them. Cooks things quickly.

This microwave is huge! But for the size, they should have put a second rack so you could put another dish above. The microwave itself works great.

Recipient says it works wonderfully. Not sure why the color makes a $20 price difference and if they'd had the regular stainless steel in stock I would have purchased that one instead.

Great Microwave. Clean updated looks. Matches well with other appliances of different brands with the Black Stainless finish.

I had an old GE that had settings for sauces, sandwichs. The manual is not user friendly for people over retirement age.

Wonderful microwave. Cooks fast. Love the sensor heat feature. Only downfall is that it’s super quiet and sometimes you can’t hear that it’s done unless you are right there.

Great product! Slowly gravitating to the LG brand. TVs, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer and now to the Microwave.

The only problem was the interior started to chip. I owned the unit for 3 years. As the material was wearing away the metal was exposed and caused sparks. I immediately threw it out.

Wish it had a bit more weight since when you hit the button to open it slides back. Otherwise it operates well, has a clean style and was a good value for the money.

It is one of the best i have had in many years. Maybe because the one i was using was only 49 years old. Never had one that went to 12Hundred whats. I love it.
