Excellent purchase. I so much like the microwave. I wish I could return the vacuum and get another one. So far I’m enjoying the microwave and water dispenser .

This LG countertop microwave has a large capacity for making family-sized meals, the sensor cooking works well, and it does not show fingerprints.

We were very torn on a brand of Microwave but after our experience with the LG from Bestbuy I can honestly say we made a great purchase.

Bad product. Horrible customer service. Stay away. This microwave functioned for approximately two years, then completely failed. The Magetron (under a ten-year warranty) blew, damaging the rest of the device and making it unrepairable. An authorized repair service made the diagnosis, which the customer had to pay for. After weeks of trying to get LG customer care to do something, they finally said they would only replace Magnetron and did not care that the rest of the device was unrepairable. They would not even offer any substantial credit toward replacing the microwave, only a 15% discount toward buying another one of their products.

this is the first oven I've owned that you can actually cook in, I make full meals in it and the food doesn't come out dry. truly a fantastic buy its size lends itself really usefull

Lightweight, works well. I really like the function of the sensor heating setting. You don't have to set a time just click sensor cook.

I owned an LG microwave for years. When it died I bought a cheaper Panasonic. After 2 years of frustration I came back to LG and I'm happy again.

We love it!! We had a Samsung that just quit. Paid 2 times the amount for it too.

Microwave you can buy. I took this one back because I didn't need 2 have yet to receive my rewards. points back. 65 points is to much to ignore. Do recommend the LG though.

I’v Had this Microwave for about a year! Love it! Only one thing... the sensor cook seems off, but it could be me, I’m one of those people who don’t read the directions! Lol

I bought this almost a year ago and it has not given me any issues. it it very functional and it may be a little loud but I don't mind it. Thumbs up!

Love the interior space and sensor functions on this model. It is quite large-takes up more space than my previous microwave, and fits a 13x9 pan with carousel functioning.

The LG microwave has a nice modern design and fit perfectly in unit location. Am very impressed with how quickly can prepare even heated food items.

Is the most high tech microwave I’ve ever purchased

I cannot say enough about inverter tech. If you do not always use level 10 or high then inverter makes a world of difference. So far it works great.

Needed a new one. Best deal after our old one broke down.
