Stopped Working! Bad Door Switch!

The light would stay on. It was determined that the door switch needed to be replaced. Best Buy was no help since I didn't take out the protection. LG wouldn't help because it was just out of warranty. I bought it in 9/18, had it delivered to my house in 11/18, then it broke in 10/19... which is less that a year from delivery... but over a year from purchase. So technically I only had it for 11 months, but LG could care less. They haven't even responded to my email submission and they are hard to understand on the phone. Funny..... my last microwave lasted 15 years... but I had to get rid of it for a remodeling of my kitchen. Not happy!

My second one. First one lasted 2 yrs before invertor died or was killed by a brown out. Still the touch panel is mandatory if you do a lot of cooking with it, The 1200 Watts is also a necessity. Good for the price
