I'm very disappointed in the quality of LG microwaves. They must put all their time, effort, and engineering, into their televisions. From 2005 to 2017, I had the same Panasonic microwave. I didn't have issues with it, I just needed a larger one. I paid it forward by donating that unit. In 2017, I bought my first LG microwave, and of course it lasted one year past the Geek Squad warranty that I bought with it. In November 2023, I bought this unit (so not even a year of ownership). Three to four months ago, I began having issues with it, where it would just completely power down to a black screen. At first I thought it was my house, and that's where the cost of owning this unit got out of hand. In the wall, was a smaller metal box that, by today's standards, was smaller than a one gang box. It also had just a standard outlet. The wiring was older style, black and white wiring in a corrugated, flexible metal jacket. I had an electrician put in a new/old work, plastic one gang box with ground, a new GFCI outlet, obviously with ground, new 14/2 Romex, and new 20A Square D breaker in my electrical box. That was not cheap, but it completely removed anything from the equation, that wasn't the microwave. None of that made any difference, as it is still powering down. BOTH LG microwaves did this same thing, the one purchased in 2017 and this one in 2023. Stay FAR, FAR away from these!

I think this is the best microwave for the money. The sensor heating is by far the best. Never had an over heated edge and a frozen center

This is a great microwave for the price. It has a lot of great features and is very powerful. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice features. Size with 14 in turntable is just right. 2.0 cu ft was just too big for countertop.

Needed a new unit after keypad crapped out on 13yr old microwave. I actually like the singing like our LG washer and drier do. Very pleased

Switched from counter top to wall mounted using trim kit. Looks like it is part of the new wall oven instead of two separate pieces.

Love the black stainless look. Inverter technology really helps to heat food evenly. Much better than my old microwave that would pulse to warm.

We love the look of the LG Neo Chef Microwave. The convenience and easy to clean is the best of all. The only thing that does not work is the reheat sensor. It does not reheat the food, it just makes it luke warm after 2 trys'.

great microwave. the only issue is that the opening/closing is so loud, feels cheap, and at $200.00 for a microwave, it shouldn't IMO.

We love or new LG microwave. Easy to use, and much larger interior than previous microwave. Looks very nice in our cabinet with the LG trim kit.

We needed a replacement, the LG model was not our 1st pick, but, now we will stay with LG brand.

The end of cooking and reminder tones are a little much. A single tone and return to the clock display would be more to my liking.

Looks nice, seems to heat well, definitely has some nice large interior space to it with some good functionality
