This is the best microwave. Lots of different settings.

Excellent microwave. worth the money. Was hesitant before ,but was surprised by its functionality. i would recommend this.

We bought this microwave in June of 2020. By March of 2021 it didn't work any longer. When we bought it we got a sale price which saved us $60. We worked with LG technical department trying to troubleshoot the error messages that kept appearing before it finally didn't work anymore, We had a custom trim made because it was mounted in the wall above our oven. That trim kit was $180. When the person we were working with told us they still made it and it was still sold at Best Buy, we were thankful so that we didn't have to waste more money to get another trim kit. The price was now the normal price instead of the sale price we had gotten. They assured us that if we sent the original sales receipt showing what we paid and the date we purchased it and the new receipt showing the higher price, that they would reimburse us for the higher amount we now had to pay. Six weeks later we did get a check however, it was for the lesser amount we had paid last year. We called quite a few times listing names and dates and times we had spoken to previous agents. All to no avail. Bottom line? We were out $60 plus tax for an inferior product that didn't even last 9 months. Had we been able to get another brand without having to buy yet another trim kit, we would have bought a different brand in a heartbeat. I will never buy another LG product again and anyone I talk to will never either. Don't even get me started on the LG TV we mistakenly bought....

It’s a very nice microwave but I wish the popcorn feature would actually work. The auto sensing functionality does not pop the bag completely.

LG - NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave was a replacement for out old 2.0 Cu Ft. microwave very happy with it.

I have paid a lot more money than I did for this product and got less quality.

Our LG unit stopped functioning during the extended warranty and BB exchanged for a new, upgreaded unit since the old model was no longer available.

This is a great value for the price. It works as expected. No setup and no headaches. It’s aesthetically pleasing as well.

We are loving this microwave. There is so much room inside but low profile overall.

I love this microwave. I wish it had remote timing but only a few out there do. The auto sensing popcorn is dead accurate too.

Failure occurred in lees than 2 years. Light bulb failed, and would have necessitated to remove the entire microwave cover to replace the dead bulb. Turntable was starting to sound like it was about to meet it's maker. The replacement microwave right after two days of use, this one also started to have the turntable to groan when it's turning to cook food.

So far so good, great upgrade from my previous microwave
