    My first oven had a scratch inside and the latch seemed defective. Best Buy took care of me. When the second oven arrived, the latch still didn't seem to work well but better than the first. I honestly think this latch is a very poor design. I like my oven but I do NOT like how the latch opens the door. I'm a little disappointed.

    My microwave conked out after 14 years. It was a Panasonic and a good one at that And I also got that one from Best Buy years ago.
