It appears to be working but food stays 100% cold. Ten year warranty printed on the front of the microwave is worthless. Registered product online and was told it has a 1 year warranty. Awesome when it worked.

Getting ahold of customer service is a waste. I’ve seen several reviews now with other customers having the same problem. For over $200 it should last more than 3 years…..
