I liked the reviews and I have other LG products that have been great and long lived. I was wrong with this. It's difficult to program, and doesn't cook for flip. I've had it just over a month, and it won't even heat up a small, frozen breakfast sandwich without it being frozen in the middle and over cooked on the outside. And that's even separating it. Cooking 2 hotdogs in it takes longer than 30 seconds. And it won't even cook a Marie Colander Pot pie properly. And the sensor cooking, over cooked everything except water. I am VERY Disappointed it in. Maybe I got a faulty one, nonetheless, it was a waste of my money and I'll be returning it and getting a microwave that actually works.
