Needed a microwave. This one was the correct size for the area. Has the rotating tray to nuke my food evenly. Seemed like a good deal. So far so good.

Great product. Hope it last as long as the old one.

"Smart" microwave that touts it's auto sensors, but it can't even cook a bag of popcorn using the button on the control panel. The first time I used it it popped half a dozen kernels. The second time none. So I checked the owners manual to see if I was doing something wrong, but I was doing it right. The third time it popped just a few more. The manual talks about not doing brown paper popcorn bags, but Orville Reddenbacher comes in brown bags as does the cub scout popcorn I have. If you just put 3 minutes on the timer and stand there to take it out when the popping slows you can get a bag of popcorn. My 8 year old walmart special microwave could cook any size and color bag with one button and it cost a third of this LG. This performance makes me leery of using any of the other "sensor" functions. My old microwave would also do 1 minute if you pressed 1, 2 minutes if you pressed 2, etc. This one you have to enter all the digits. Not a huge deal, but still a step back from a better older and much cheaper microwave. On the bright side it looks really good and matches my LG refrigerator.

Too bad one star is the lowest I can go. Absolute garbage! We are a family of three and built our home 8 years ago. This is the THIRD LG NeoChef microwave we have bought in that time. Every single one fails after 2-3 years on an F-3 error code which is not under warranty. If you look online the part is almost $100. Doesn't make sense for a $219 microwave, does it? This one just failed and it was purchased 08/17/20 from Best Buy. All our appliances were LG when I built the home because I assumed (wrongly) that this was quality stuff. We have an LG Studio Series double wall oven that was $4,000. Eight years later, neither oven works! The front load washer has had the pump replaced three times (and we use soft water). The gas dryer gas valve has been replaced once and the touchscreen on the LG double door 30 cubic foot fridge has gone out, not once, but twice! The ONLY thing that has worked is the gas cooktop, probably because there are almost no moving parts. This stuff is trash, trash, trash, absolute garbage! I will never buy another LG product again. You couldn't give me this stuff for free because the cost of ownership would be too expensive. Do not buy LG. You WILL regret it!!!

This microwave is actually a gift but I think they are happy with the quality of it

I love the LG microwave I purchased at Best Buy. Other folks have complained about the sound when completed heating. I think it is cute.

This is a nice looking microwave that doesn't create an eye sore in your kitchen. Have had it for about a month now and have not had any problems.

After 1 year, this is still performing in an excellent fashion. There is a slight learning curve for the "buttons".

This oven is great. It is easy to understand the settings, the turntable provides even heating, and the reheating funcions work very well.

I have had this microwave for almost two years and it is still going strong and no problems.

This unit replaced a similar LG that died after 2yrs. The dings have been replaced with a musical riff. Takes a little getting used to. The key press is not as sensitive- I have to press the buttons a couple of times to get success. Annoying. There are sensor modes but they aren't descriptive on the display. They show as SENS1, SENS2, etc
