It isn't any better than my old one I actually prefer to have my old one fixed and have kept it but wouldn't happen. It is ok but seems like you have to hit the start and stop buttons a few times because it doesn't catch the touch.

2nd NeoChef to stop working - 11 months this time

First one died after 2 years, this one died after 11 months. F-3 error code. Still under warranty but they wanted us to ship it back for repair! Too heavy for me to do that. They said they will refund money. We'll see. Almost gave it 2 stars because when it is working it is great and it fits our trim kit perfectly. Now to try to find something that might last more than a year or 2.

It began giving us issues over a year ago. Other than that it works. Hate that no one seems to make products that don't have inexpensive plastic levers anymore

It cook the food thoroughly and leaves no cold areas what so ever. If I ever had a problem I can use the app and it will diagnose what the problem is so I can fix it.
