Door open mech stopped, cheap plastic.

Seems the 2 cheap rubbery plastic hooks for the door and the upward disengage mechanism just gave way. Looks like the top push up release just is gone and only the bottom is working. Shame as loved the details and features as stated, just poor door release. Sent back and still shopping for another.
