It's a good looking microwave and fits well in our kitchen. My hesitation on the five star rating is the beeps and chimes it makes. A little over the top for my preference. Reminds me of an Ice Cream truck.

Excellent microwave! Best we have ever owned. Love the chime instead of the old beep-beep-beep. Door opens & closes smoothly. Easy to use & directions are not complicated. Does slide a little so we bought 4 casters to keep it in place. I researched many microwaves & model is the winner. Thank you LG

Large excellent microwave works quickly for warming snd cooking. Warning check built in kit dimensions- extremely wide. This unit fit in the opening for my previous GE Profiles eith both their built in kits but this unit's built in kit face plate was too wide. Now it is being used as a counter top unit.

Our JennAir microwave went out and I wanted something nice without being expensive. And this did the trick. This one is much, much bigger. A little overkill on size, but will definitely come in handy during the holiday's. Looks great in the kitchen. And has a cute little tune when your food is finished cooking. Super easy to use. I love the fact i can type in the time without having to push a "time cook" button before hand. Also has a quick 30 second cook time button too. Wouldve loved to have had the dark stainless steel colorway, but didn't think it was worth the price difference. Best Buy had the better pricing compared to the "home improvement" store and it was available the same day. I did opt for the Best Buy protection plan for four years since it wasn't very much. And with the luck of the (new) Jenn Air appliances we have, I didn't want to take a chance. I'm sure we will have better luck with the LG.

Fantastic product and heats up quickly and evenly. Would definitely recommend to other if looking for a replacement microwave.

This microwave is huge and beautiful. Nice sensor technology. I put it to the test by popping a bag of microwave popcorn. Pressed popcorn and the LG did the rest. Started a 20 second countdown when it was nearly done. I have to say that this oven popped the perfect bag of popcorn!!!

They microwave looks stunning in the kitchen mounted in a cabinet next to double wall oven. Heats very quickly and cleans easy.

Purchased 2 to install into built in cabinets. Looks great, and easy to operate. Love the music it plays when your food is ready, additionally, it will give you another reminder just in case you get preoccupied and maybe forget your microwaved food…Love it!

This item is great. I am so glad I made the purchase. It is an upgrade from a previous purchase. I can’t wait to test out all the features. I have a few critics in the home from time to time (grandchildren) who are also quite pleased with the performance.

This is third microwave I have had to purchase. I love it because it is big enough for my family (five grown children with significant others, grandchildren etc.) This is a big microwave and will use a lot of counter space, I bought additional storage unit to put it on.

The best microwave I have ever had. Yes it has a silly song when it ends a cycle instead of a simple/regular alarm, but I can live with it, I prefer that than a high pitch loud buzzer or bell. It looks beautiful, modern and has an amazing size. Popcorn feature so far has always been EXACT and defrozen features are also great.

Very spacious. Room for large plates. Very nice look in my kitchen! Highly recommend for the price! Very satisfied with my purchase!

It’s the perfect size. I love the color. It’s very easy to use.

Great microwave, simple enough and not expensive, but works perfectly. I like the dark color of the inside, white seems to stain and look ugly. The chime is a melody and no fingerprints. It’s large enough for practically anything, good appliance.

I got this microwave because it doesn’t have those cheezy membrane buttons that can wear out. Our previous Japanese microwave had them and the keypad started malfunctioning after just a couple years. Otherwise this one looks classy in person and works great.

Can't beat the price. Food heats quickly and evenly. Extremely happy.

Great product! Bought this to replace our old microwave that shorted out. It looks great on the counter, is easy to clean, and has held up well.
