Had to finish baking potatoes manually for another 5 minutes on High power. Called LG Support and was referred to local vender who refused to come out, wanted me to bring oven to them, many miles away. I am 87 years old and had fallen and couldn't carry unit to car. So am not too happy with this companies Tech Support.
