    NeoChef microwave has started making loud grinding noises with each use. We are a family of 5 and used the microwave daily, with no issues in the first few months. Since grinding sounds started, we have tried to troubleshoot by adjusted the spinning plate and determined that is not the issue. The manufacturer may need to do a bit more homework on this one. Will not buy again.
