The first one lasted just 2 weeks before displaying a fatal error related to a keypad malfunction. I was able to return it and get a new unit. The 2nd unit lasted about 3 months until the keypad started to fail. Currently only the 3,4,5,6 and start buttons function. Being outside of Best Buy's return policy, my only option through LG is to have them reimburse me for a new one. Hence the 3rd unit. I would much prefer a different brand at this point b/c I'm certain the new one will suffer a similar fate, however.

They replaced it at no cost but the replacement only lasted 18 months. Luckily we had an extended warranty from Square Trade who sent us a check with which we bought this one.
