    F3 error - Dead Keypad

    Unit lasted 13 months. Previous microwave lasted 11 years. Horrible quality, which is surprising since half my kitchen is LG and has worked for years. This F3 error and the dead keypads seem to be common on these units. But LG doesn't care. Wish I would have know before buying it, last LG item I purchase.

    The oven open push button is very weak, it’s broke within a months.

    Doomed to Fail (after warranty)

    This microwave was great, until about 20 days after the one-year mark, which is conveniently when the warranty expires. Our food takes twice as long as before to cook, and the door release button is broken.

    really nice looking microwave a lot of space inside heat up everything fast when it was working , i bought this microwave 8 months ago and is already bad no more heating up the food don't matter how many minutes i put I'm really disappointed im a huge fan of LG products but now im disappointed now i dont know if i have to buy another one or LG will repaired so right now i dont have a microwave cause i dont know how long they take for a claim and pretty sure they will try to make any excuses not to fixed ill keep you guys posted so for now stay away from this product ...

    Less than a year an te button that opens it broke.

    Bought the Microwave for right at 300.00 and within a year the plastic pieces inside the button that opens the door broke off. It no longer has a button to open it. It was cheaply made and for 300.00 you think the build quality would be better

    I bought this microwave a year and a week ago. It worked fine while it lasted and now I cannot press any of the buttons.

    Our microwave died just after a year and a half. Mid cook steaming vegetables it just shut off. After numerous back-and-forths with LG trying to troubleshoot it was deemed toast. This seems to be a more expensive microwave so I was disappointed in the lack of longevity. Conveniently the warranty is only one year.

    Lasted just 3 months and couldn’t get anyone to look at it for repair. Replaced it with a GE model and the LG to charity. Hopefully they can bring it back to life.

    Button to open the door doesn’t work well. My one year warranty ended on 3/13/25 they won’t stand behind it. If I want it fixed I have to pay for it. Not buying another.

    1st oven purchased did not always heat foods properly. The over was exchanged for another exact model which on its first use seemed to have caught fire as it billowed white smoke. No way I was going to take a chance with a 3rd try

    If you're looking for a "family sized" microwave - this is it. I bought it over the internet. It was a great deal. But when it was delivered - I didn't think they made them that big! Suggest you either see it in the store or measure off the space where you are before you buy it.

    Keep it under warranty

    We've had 2 of these in less than 3 years. The first had a faulty open button like others have had. It can't be repaired, so I was reimbursed original cost ($50 less than what the replacement cost for the same model was.) Replacement unit is less than 5 months old, the turntable intermittently stops turning and makes loud grinding noises about half of the time that it does turn.
