    I've had this for about a year. It broke. It doesn't heat anymore. This is my second LG product to break about a year after purchase. I will never buy LG again.

    Only lasted two years in a two person household! Bought April 2019 it's now Oct 2021 and we need to replace it already. We both work full time outside the home, was hoping it would last at least 5 years. Buy the "Best Buy" extended warranty you will need it for this microwave!! Don't waste your money!!

    Magnetron Failure

    Magnetron went out within two years. The 10 year Magnetron warranty does not cover labor rendering effectively useless.

    Didn't work after a few weeks

    I love my popcorn and the ease of sensor cooking. It worked on the first try and after that it counted down less than 10 seconds making me stand by and listen for when my popcorn would be done. Then when reheating or cooking half the time it wouldn't be warm at all. I am in touch with LG and they say they are going to take care of the problem, we shall see.

    Dead after just 14 months, will not heat at all. LG is no help since it's out of warranty. Was great when it worked, but with a 14 month lifespan, I'll never buy another LG microwave, and it makes me doubtful of all LG products.

    Door Open Button on the microwave is not durable.

    After a year the Door Open Button only the microwave broke. Called LG Appliance Support, gave me the phone number of the Local Service Center. The diagnostic fee was over $120, hence purchased a new Panasonic microwave.

    Just for the look, won’t last

    I bought this LG microwave to replace my current working more than ten years old microwave made by GE. This unit only last for 6 months and stopped working. It was cover by warranty but infinity paper works and it tools more 5 weeks to settle with many back-and-forth texts and emails and called and proof of exact branch purchase.

    I’m not happy with the microwave. It’s very hard to get the door to open - you have to push it really hard and the door doesn’t swing open very far. I would recommend looking at other brands.

    This product is very unreliable. The first one failed in a couple of months, I got a replacement. The second one failed in less than 2 years. It also has weird lighting. I do not recommend this product at all.

    Honestly the worst microwave i have ever used. The keys have a 50% of not recognizing fingers on them. No settings on the unit, need an app. Terrible design. Just buy a cheaper microwave.

    Piece of crap that only lasts a year. Bought the first one and it died at 11 months. Replaced it using geek squad plan and now this one has died after 12 months. Worthless piece of junk, don’t buy one.

    3 months use already not working. Had other brands last over 20 years. LG support has you trouble shoot it and then puts in a support ticket for replacement and then denies replacement leaving you days and days without a microwave.

    This was our 3rd attempt at the same microwave! They were all defective! Every time we returned them, all we received was a sorry about that.
