I really like the reminder serenade when I get busy and forget to get something out of the microwave. It's spacious and takes a lot of counter space, but it was worth it. It works great.

Very happy with appliance. We chose the microwave with less options to fit our needs. My husband had to install due to trim kit adjustments. Installers would not make adjustments. I also wish the digital element matched the built in oven.

This is a nice microwave. It has a huge capacity and heats evenly and well. I love the sensor options and they actually work way better than the sensor options on any other microwave I've ever had. The only downsides are that it takes up a lot of counter space & it sings when your food is done and when you push buttons (which can be a positive for some people, but it's 3-second little song can get annoying).

Bought this countertop unit to replace a failed Bosch microwave due to high cost of Bosch repair. This unit had exactly the same dimensions so replacement was straightforward. The unit has higher power (1200 watts) than the Bosch but a smaller interior (cu ft). However the turntable was also an exact size match. Controls on this unit are simpler than the Bosch but it took some practice getting used to the presets for different cooking tasks as opposed to just having a button for each type of food that the Bosch panel had. Overall, we are pleased with the replacement and are happy with LG appliances (we also have an LG refrigerator/freezer). The unit has a pleasant tone when the cooking task is completed. We would definitely recommend this microwave for countertop (or as a built-in replacement as we did).

Really like this his unit. My only dislike is the buttons are not that great. They don’t respond to the touch of your finger that well at all, which can be frustrating.

I bought this microwave because my old microwave stopped working after about twenty years. This one is much bigger and is getting the job done. Hopefully this lasts because it’s a bit pricey.

This is a nice, solid microwave that cooks great. Improvements I would like to see - you have to press the digital buttons in just the right spot for the action to register sometime which seems fiddly. Also, the microwave plays a notification sound when half way through whatever time you set. I really don't need, or appreciate this. Just notify me when you're done.

Ok Microwave. It stopped working after 2 years. Make sure you buy a warranty when purchasing.. It fits a big plate and heats up well less than a minute. I guess I would buy a GE next time.

Unit works great and easy to use. Heats food pretty quickly. Only complaint is this is not really print proof as advertised. But is a beautiful unit.

Our GE microwave went out, so went looking for a replacement. So far this LG NeoChef microwave is great and looks great in our kitchen.

Purchased to replace the 3 year old GE microwave installed by the builder that CAUGHT FIRE...fortunately no serious damage resulted. Anyways, we've been happy with our other LG appliances (fridge, washer, and dryer) and decided to try this. So far, it seems to cook/heat well and quickly. The sensor functions have been fairly accurate. The blue/white display is a nice change from the green of the GE we replaced and the "chimes" are also more pleasant. This was also half the price of the equivalent GE, which so far seems to be an excellent value. It's installed in our island with the matching trim kit, which I've reviewed separately.

Bought this microwave to replace my GE. I haven’t had it that long but so far it has not disappointed me yet. Looks nice inside and out. Performance is great. The little ring tone when your food is ready is something you have to get used to. My kids like it though. Overall i am pleased with product.

Needed a new microwave to replace our 20-year old LG oven. This one fit the built-in cabinet just right. I has a lot of new bells and whistles that work great. LG "makes Life Good".

So far so good (I'm two days in). The unit is beautiful and works nicely. Best Buy installation was free through our Total Tech membership and was awesome.

This is a great product. It really helps our big family needs as it is very spacious and efficient.
