This microwave works way better than our previous one. Not to mention it has tons of space to heat up a packed plate. Food is hot in minutes. Absolutely love it!

Second MW - bought to replace my first one I bought decades ago. I miss the way that I could select multiple cooking times at different power levels and don't see a way to do it with this one. The area of the touch pad key for start seems a little small or not sensitive enough because I often hit the area without a response. I am OK with the two drawbacks and I think that the MW is good for the price and I am glad that I picked it.

This product was working fine until Aug 8th, 2020. I bought it Feb of 2018. Don't know what happened. My son was using it and as he was want for the timer he was lightly pushing the door open button. The door never opened as he was pressing lightly. All of a sudden, no power. Try unplugging and plugging back but nothing. Oh well, I guess nowadays we expect things to last a long time but those days are over. At the end of the day it cost us less than $1 a day to use it. Time to get a new one. Stay Safe!

Great microwave. Much larger than my original and works great!

Good size and powerful. The buttons to open the door and to start it are a little finicky, they have to be pressed on just the right spot (the left side)

Heats up fast and really well. Has a nice ring after the food is heated. Big enough to fit a rotisserie chicken.

This microwave is the one I was looking for. I purchased a cheaper unit from another vendor because the supply was limited. The smaller system took twice as long to heat/cook my items. Popcorn just burned, it didn't get hot enough to pop. It looks great, and works even better. The only drawback for me is the large size, but it's well worth it to me for the superior performance. I highly recommend this product.

Had read some not so great reviews on here, but there were many more positive reviews. It had everything I wanted except for a turntable on off switch, but it hasn’t seemed to make a difference. Great size for some of the things that I need to put in it. So far have had no trouble at all. Attractive unit. And the little chime it plays at the end of a cycle does not bother me at all, I rather think it is kind of cute. However, it seem to bother other people. LOL

Looks great and easy to use. Control panel is simple and not complicated.

Its modern and seems not to be glitchy. I like the setup and LED lighting. The control pad seems somewhat touch sensitive, which is taking a while to get used to. In addition, this is being used as a Communal Work microwave, and since the old one was 1650 watts, some ppl have complained that it doesn't heat food as quickly, especially if you use a glass microwaveable container. It is between 1.2-1.35KW, which is decent, but isn't gonna work as fast as a stronger one. However, it IS good overall, and I like the modernist feel to it.

Good buy overall. I wanted to replace my older machine with the same wattage and this suited the purpose. Setting the Clock wasnt intuitive. All other aspects of the purchase were good - shipping, installation. Equipment looks modern and fits with the kitchen area

I bought this microwave to replace a Panasonic that finally quit working. I really like this microwave. Its controls are easy to use. I love the add 30 second button. I also really like the interior material. Its so easy to clean unlike my old Panasonic which took a lot of scrubbing. I read reviews that this microwave makes loud noises during operation but mine sounds completely normal to me. Its cooks as good as my old one so I'm very pleased with this microwave so far.

Great microwave, Best size for the money and not heavy. Nice and easy to clean outside.
