We got a great deal as it was on sale when we purchased. Super quiet and very easy operation . And looks sleek in our kitchen. BE AWARE the width is actually about. 1/8” to 1/4” wider than described by the OEM. And if you count the door swinging open, it adds about anohter 1/8”. We have a built-in space for a  microwave , and I had to cut out 1/8”from each side in order for it to fit . Which was no big deal, and easy for me to do.  overall, very happy with the purchase.

We bought this microwave 17 months ago. It has always cooked hot. But we liked everything else and thought we would just use at a lower power. This week, we just happened to notice that the inside door had melted. This is a serious risk. I called to ask if this was a problem and what was going on and they just told me it was over the 12 month warranty although I had read on the front that it had a 10 year warranty on the Smart Inverter-that was a little misleading. So just saying-we take great care of our products-last microwave lasted over 10 years-this is a great safety hazard and certainly we did not get our money out of this-no more LG products for us.

This microwave is huge, so make sure you have room for it. It cooks and reheats food super fast and evenly. Also, keeps the cat entertained. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

It doesn't have As many preset buttons on it as my other one did. But it's much bigger. I really like it.

nice clean looking and easy to use microwave heats up much better than my old unit

I personally liked this product because of its size. I can easily heat up my dinner plate. The only point is it occupies lot of counter top space so be prepared before you buy this product.

Very nice microwave, lots of room to cook larger items

Very nice microwave. Has good power and once you get used to the control setting method it is terrific. Our old unit had a lot of pre-set buttons. Very happy with how well it cooks everything so far. The only negative is the trim kit cost $300.00 which was a lot more than the microwave.

This microwave cooks exceptionally well but the door open button broke after just 16 months (12 month warranty). The bottom hinge pin is just a thin piece of plastic that I am not surprised has broke. Defrost and Sensor Cooking performed better than I am used to with a microwave. I like that the power settings actually set the power of the magnetron rather than cycling the magnetron on and off at full power. This really is good machine, just be aware that you will have to find an alternative way to operate the door sooner than later.

Nice and spacious! The touch panel could be a tad bit more responsive though.

Heats evenly and fast. Perfect drop in replacement for my built in GE microwave. Old trim kit worked.

We purchased this microwave on 2/14/2018. We loved how well the defrost feature worked and the large size of the oven. After about 2 -1/2 years, we noticed a significant decrease in power. Things that took 60 seconds to heat up, now take closer to 90 seconds. Today, I noticed that one of the lights on the display is out (see picture). One month shy of being 3 years old. This microwave still works, but I am a little surprised and disappointed with how much it has declined. It is cleaned regularly, not abused, and is supplied with clean power. Maybe we just got a lemon. We have many LG products in our home and are very pleased with all of them, accept this one. We plan to continue using it until it dies completely or if it starts taking 5 minutes to do a 60 second job.

Sleek, modern, easy to use, this microwave fit perfectly into the space over the range even though it’s listed as countertop. Nice, deep interior. I like the “food is ready” jingle. It also has a jingle halfway through cooking. I’m impressed with LG now and will consider this brand for future purchases.

I love it, the color, the interior and the exterior, overall it’s just really good heats up everything really well you don’t gotta smudge the screen for the minutes because you can just tap it like a touch screen it’s amazing.
