Bought it 3 years ago and it just stopped heating food. Repair company charges $110/ 15m. The 10 year warranty only covers the magnetron part of which you still have to have it installed. I’ve been unable to get either BB or LG to agree to send me the pet so I can do the work myself. I would not recommend this item.

Great popcorn sensor, and I like the song it plays if you don’t open the door once food is ready to remind you it’s there. I decided to go with this one after seeing the good reviews for it in Consumer Reports.

Microwave fits perfectly in our kitchen. Has all the options we want, and is easy to use.

I purchased the LG microwave as a gift. I own the model previous to this. This was the updated version. Love the dark walls inside, and spacious room for larger plates. Hope this last as long as mine, 11 plus years, and still going strong. I bought the stainless steel to match her kitchen decor, although the black chrome model is just as nice looking.

Honestly, one of the best microwave I've owned so far. It's a bit bigger than we really wanted, but we got a good price and honestly use some of the sensor features every day. (Beverage reheat in two buttons is pretty convenient!)

Microwave does a good job of cooking. Pleased with size, looks. Would prefer lighter interior. Hate the lengthy, loud sound it makes when cooking finished and more loud sounds if item not taken out immediately. Sometimes after item cookied, it is necessary to leave item for a short time and It will just not shut up. Must push stop to keep oven quiet even though item has finished cooking.

Easy setup and use. Takes up reasonable counter space considering the size.

Huge upgrade from my old microwave. This this does wonders for heating my food evenly unlike my old one that would have cold spots.

matches all the other lg appliances in kitchen remodel. Better than buying a built in wall unit. Buying the trim kit to make it look complete. Unfortunately, trim kit costs as mush as mircowave.

I used this with a trim kit to make it look like a built-in. It sucks that the trim kit cost almost as much or more than the microwave but together they were still half the cost of an actual built-in. First time doing this for the built-in look and it took a while to figure out the bottom piece for the kit but when all said and done looks great. Haven't tried all the features yet but so far we like the microwave. Oh yeah, it's big. Love that.

Love it, big inside and when it finishes heating has a cute chime to let you know that it is done.

It works very well. The sensor reheat is surprisingly effective. The EasyClean feature makes a real difference, too. I was delightfully surprised to find that the microwave doesn't beep like a regular microwave; it plays little songs, and it uses different ones for the timer, the cook ending, and the reminder (if you leave something in after it finishes cooking.)

Very easy to use. No annoying ding when food is done. Plays a nice calming chime.

I absolutely LOVE this new microwave. It is so user friendly right from the start. I think the little tune it plays is fine and herd it bothered some. No problem for me. The lighting is great, slide dial couldn't be easier - couldn't say enough good things about it. Great buy as well.
