It’s easy to setup and use. The stainless steel looks attractive.

I like the inverter technology and the power output. Its Large and does a good job. The touch panel is intuitive and easy to use. Good looking in our home. The only gripe is that the open mechanism tends to fail after 2-3 years of use. This is our 2nd purchase of this model. We liked it overall so we bought a second one.

Love this microwave! It's another LG appliance we've added to our home appliance collection by LG. This microwave has a chime when food is done, rather than the usual obnoxious tone like other models. It is spacious so you can put large containers of food in it or several smaller containers in it at the same time. I like the sensor reheat features as well as the fact that it has ample lighting inside. Very pleased with this purchase.

Like the performance of the microwave. Easy to use easy to understand. The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have rubber pads so it slides around sometimes on the countertop.

My wife put one of those rice neck warmer things in the microwave for “like 30 seconds” and it caught on fire. I had to go shop for a microwave and found this one on sale. They didn’t have a floor model, presumably because it was a clearance item, but it is bigger then I thought.

I love my new microwave...was nervous at first because I use to have a Panasonic one that lasted about 16 years... with no problems but it finally stop working and was looking to purchase another one but decided to purchased this one from LG! I love the color inside and the bonus it’s not white inside, it’s big and the simple display is easy to understand! So far it’s doing well!!

This model was a replacement for a previous LG microwave of the same size. The previous one was acting a little odd after 10+ years of frequent/heavy use. This new model has pretty much the same features. The noticeable differences are: 1) when using power of 50%, the older one would radiate off and on to meet the 50%. This new model radiates a consistent power level without having to turn off and on to meet the 50% setting. 2) instead of a buzzing alarm when the cook time is over, the new one has a chime... a short jingle tune. 3) the panel of the older model required pressing the 'button' while this new model is touch sensitive - no need to apply any pressure on a 'button' - just touch. The only downside is the four legs are a hard plastic that easily slides if on a smooth surface so you will need to put some sort of 'rubber' under each leg so it won't slide (don't want it to slide off or into anything nearby). Have not used it enough to give a comprehensive review, but as of now I would recommend it.

We've only had this microwave for a couple weeks. So far I love how much room you have. The heating options have been great. No complaints about this microwave.

Our microwave crashed and burned so we bought a new one from Best Buy . Selected this particular model for size. It works well and is very efficient. Has some features we may not use but they are thee if we need them Highly recommend based on our experience thus far. The Best Buy curbside pickup worked flawlessly.

Read reviews about this one, did lots of research, bought it and it works great. It is much lighter than the old one we tossed out and fits in pretty much all the dishes we have thrown at it. If had any complaint it would be the silly tones this microwave makes when it’s done heating. Easy to cleans and keep in mind you have to push to open the door which causes this microwave to move since it light weight.

Seems like a fine microwave and it fit the same kit as last microwave we had so it was easily made to look “built in”. Only draw back is that it does not have a + or - 10 second button.
