Had this oven for a year, and so far so good! Does everything like it should! It makes a little chime when it's done, which I like. Very easy to clean. It gets a lot of abuse from a large family.

My 9 year old built in Microwave broke. Kitchenaid does not make a replacement. These are 2 Cu ft large microwaves, not easy to find. This one matches the old one EXACTLY ! Down to the cabinet screws, and feet spacing. I removed the old mount bracket, and installed it on the LG. The stainless finish matches the old trim kit perfectly. Also the flat touch pad, pleasing chime, and inverter technology are superior to the old one.

Good Microwave with some nice features, but at the end of the day it's a microwave, not much else to say. It's been working fine for over 2 years now without any issues.

Great microwave. Works well and looks sleek. The black stainless steel finish is a perfect shade and hides fingerprints well. There are no nonstick stoppers on the legs of the left side which does allow the microwave to slide given the ability to; however, this is not a deal breaker and is only minor. It is rather large so just be prepared.

In comparison to our last microwave, we really like how much quieter and easier it is the close the door. The last one we felt like we had to slam. Good feature set. The little jingle is pleasant although we'll see how long we want to listen to it versus a simple ding. We do find that we have to cook our food longer. We thought we had purchased a similar in power microwave. Cooking up bacon is taking much longer.

Love my new microwave. Its gray, easy clean interior is so nice. Does a great job heating items. The only thing I miss is the one-touch programming for whole minutes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. But the programming of complex values is so easy that it almost offsets that lack. Looks great and fits beautifully into its cabinet niche.

I've used it for over a year now. Overall it's good. However, I don't like a couple of things. 1. it seems very sensitive to high power use. When some other kitten applicant is being used on the same power line, it makes annoying noise and shuts down. Then it need to reset clock and it makes annoying noise again when it's back. 2. After it's done heating up the the food, it keeps beeping if you don't press "Stop" or take food out. Sometimes you just don't get it it right the way, then it keep making that annoying noise to "remind" you. Some people may not care, but I found it's VERY annoying.

So far it's great. Was the perfect size to replace my 15 year old Sharp Carousel microwave. Cooks everything fine but haven't used any of the programs as I didn't have them before and don't need them now. Large turntable accepts plates with paper towels on top to hinder splatter. Chime at the end reminds you if you forget your food.

Cooks well, but unit is flimsy. If you put any pressure on the door when it is open the whole thing tips. The door opening mechanism has to be pushed in on the side right next to the door so every time you open it your hand and arm are in the way. Purchased in haste - on line - because old one died. Won't do that again. Go to the store and look at what you're buying!

This microwave is great at cooking baked potatoes in record time with no dry spots. The size is great for heating tall cups of coffee. If your use to using a lower wattage microwave adjust your cause this thing doesn't foul around. The interior is easy to clean and the plus is a great feature.

    Great LG Microwave but...

The LG NeoChef Microwave is a great modern microwave. Many of the features are fantastic, the Sensor Cook and Sensor Heat(ie reheat) functions are quite clever. This powerful microwave is a great addition to any home with just a couple of caveat's. The sounds the device makes when your item is finished sounds like an ice cream truck tune, and the first 20-30 times it's cute. But after awhile it's too much. Luckily, you can push a couple of buttons together and stop it. The downside to that is, it stops all digital sounds. Not just the "foods done!" music, but the beeping notification that you've left an item inside the tray too long and general button pushing sounds. The Sensor Reheat of Beverages is too much. My wife likes hot tea, but this is scalding hot. Be aware and watch the time when you use this. My dislikes are outweighed by the ease of use, design and overall usage that we enjoy with this microwave.
