Had to match the refrigerator so we picked LG again. So far, no complaints. It is huge by the way. Make sure you have counter space enough for it's large footprint. Very cool that there is a touch sensor instead of buttons. Full glass front is pretty sharp too. So far, everyone loves it.

Amazing and we use it now for the best microwave popcorn. This unit pops popcorn with so little unpopped kernels and does all the typical functions of a microwave. It does seems to heat more uniformly then all our previous models. We love LG for the quality and performance.

This is a beautiful appliance that coordinates perfectly with the other items from this LG collection. I highly recommend opting for the corresponding hood, using the money you save buying this microwave instead of the one with the fan, to help purchase it.

**FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. This is a revolutionary microwave. I've had an old microwave for way too many years. I decided a new look and upgrade was needed I watched so many Google videos and read so many reviews and YouTube videos. I finally decided on this microwave and could not be any happier with my choice. The popcorn button is a popcorn button that knows what it's doing and my popcorn is never burnt and very little unpopped kernels. The sensor cook and reheat functions have changed my life reheating some leftovers they're moist and perfectly heated follow the directions read the book that came with the microwave tells you exactly how to prepare your food when using the sensor option that is very important as it senses the steam from the food and too much to quick will not work follow the directions it's easy.

After 20 years our previous microwave died and this beautiful microwave came to the rescue. Perfect size replacement and cooks even better than the last one!

Best microwave I have ever owned. Love the sensor re-heat and popcorn features. pops popcorn to almost the last kernel. Cooks everything really fast. I was disappointed with first one I bought because I could not get the door open. I took it back to Best Buy and they took it back and ordered me another one. The 2nd work great. Could not be happier!! I almost didn't order the 2nd one but glad I did.

Overall, this microwave ended up having a much larger footprint than I had estimated, but after using it a few times, I will make room for it. This microwave is amazing. Plenty of power to cook anything with enough control over the power to delicately reheat things without overcooking them. My only real complaint is the finished tones. It's a very shrill and odd tone with no options to change them, but they do sound a LOT like a Nintendo or Sega video game. There is an easy way to turn off the tones completely, but that also means there are no tones at all... So it really is a tossup. Overall, I really like the microwave despite the sensation that I've beaten a level in Super Mario Brothers whenever a cycle ends.

Accidentally destroyed our GE by running empty instead of using timer feature correctly. :( Still getting used to features and differences from our old MW. Purchased after reviewing multiple units at Consumer Reports and other various customer reviews. So far it's performing excellent.!
