This microwave is a great cabinet or shelf microwave. With its power it cooks or heats things quickly and it has a large capacity. Simple features to use and without all the confusing preprogrammed buttons that I rarely used on my old microwave. It even fits a 9 x 12 in glass roasting pan to reheat a lot of food quickly.

Gets the food hot quick. Easy buttons. Would recommend to friends.

The microwave is excellent with even heating. The only recommendation for this model is having preprogrammed buttons for melting and softening items. These are both possible, but you have to refer to the manual to set the time and power level.

Easy to use and wipe down. Fingerprints wipe right off with no problem. The features are convenient such as the add 30 seconds on the start button.

Love it - takes the control panel back to clean and simple, and the technology for even cooking/warming of food is perfect! Looks great too!

I like how LG makes their products different sizes but look the same. I purchased one of these for my kitchen and a similar but smaller one for my entertainment room downstairs. Same gripes: cheesy end of job chime, and clock dies during power failure.

Pros - Great looking microwave when installed in a cabinet with the trim kit. Touch controls work well and don't feel cheap. Microwave is fairly quiet and decently powerful. Best Buy made buying over the phone and curbside pickup amazingly easy. However this is my second one of these. First one failed just past warranty. Contacted LG and they told me that they could not help and they did not care whether I purchased their brand again or another companies. So much for customer service. Unfortunately I was stuck since I have the expensive trim kit and a cabinet made for this. Purchased the warranty with this one so time will tell. Would not recommend LG overall after dealing with their "customer service" though.

we love our lg 2 cu. ft. microwave! it is large enough for all jobs. the great thing about this microwave is it has a preprogrammed key for making Rice. another great thing is if you leave the door ajar the light will go out on its own.

I love being able to punch in instructions in any order - time first or power first. There are programmed options but I don't usually use them. I also love that this doesn't stop and start to adjust for less than 100% power and is more energy efficient. I like the little tune it plays when the cycle is finished - much better than an annoying buzz or bell.

So far so good. Very big in the sense that you can fit something big. It's not low height wise like others. The LED light is bright enough to show you what your heating up. I like the Chime when your food is ready.

Good, sturdy quality product. Easy to use and to clean. The push button to open the door is a little hard to push. I like the chime features letting you know it’s in use and when it’s done and that it’ll continue to periodically chime to remind you until you’ve opened the door.

the product is good, easy to use, good finish, works well as expected, will recommend this product after I use it for a couple of months.
