This LG microwave replaced out old one that broke after 35+ years. The new one works well and is far quieter than the old one. Excellent choice - wanted something that was comparable in size and that fit the space we had. This works well.

We love the microwave. It cooks items so fast. Also the interior is huge for large items. Would and have recommended it to others.

Our biggest disappointment is that there are no one button express cook controls. My wife really misses that feature our prior microwave had. On the plus side, it is roomy, easy to clean ans looks great.

The micriwave oven was just what we needed. It fit perfectly with our kitchen appliances and we are very pleased with its performance

This thing is humongous. I can reheat two small plates at the same time. The sensor for popcorn works well as long as you break the popcorn kernels up in the bag before microwaving. That is the only sensor I have used so far.

Looks great with the trim kit and fits well in the cabinet where I had to replace my old microwave.

A nice microwave with lots of space. It's a fingerprint magnet like no other steel appliance I've ever used. Controls are easy to use and the comes are pleasant to hear. It plays a tune when finished instead of beeping obnoxiously.

So far so good. I like the fact it plays a little tune when it’s done heating rather than just an annoying beep. It would be nice if it had buttons for potatoes or popcorn like most others do but I’ll make due.

My daughter searched online for me because I really like Black Stainless Steal appliances. Best Buy had a fantastic sale on this model so we proceeded to the store. Was greeted emediately at the door & directed to Appliances where we were also greeted emmediately the Appliance clerk completed the transaction applying this purchase to my Best Buy card then sent the microwave to the door for me where we later picked it up after shopping elsewhere in the store. Then proceeded to Cell phones where the clerk knew the various models very well & was able to order an out of stock cell phone protector screen, which arrived to my home in about 2 days. Product review is normally top notch for LG but the buttons are flat in a hard surface & not easy to punch in the numbers. I also prefer a handle on the door to open my microwave & this model has a button to push. It is super large inside & Very beautiful on the outside. Best of all cooks thoroughly & fast.

I gets the job done. I don't like how the buttons are. They are stiff, so you gotta push them pretty hard.

I haven't had it long, but am enjoying it. I love the sounds when pressing numbers, when it starts and when it finishes. Also couple of reminders if I don't open the door w/in a minute or two.

It was delivered on time, without any issues, it’s easy to use, & matches all of my other kitchen utensils perfectly.the only issue we have ever had is the popcorn popping isn’t always correct.

Only problrerm is it is almost too big. Other than its size-it is abpout as good or better(and plays music) as my last LG microwave which, after about 5+ years-somehow ended by blowing my fuses-I think too much water got in the electronics after I forgot to put salt in my boiling eggs, and they exploded. Otherwise-LG has provided excellent equipment for the Kitchen, and I am hoping the 2 Sq ft Microwave meets the same mark of quality.

Overall the best microwave I have ever used or seen in person (mind you I don’t go microwave shopping). Functions as should and really evenly heats food.

I give it 4 stars, this is the second one we bought. The first lasted under 2 years. The door button broke and the estimate to fix was more than a new microwave. Cooks great, poor design on the door button.

This is a replacement for a 16 year old Maytag microwave. Fits perfectly in built in location .

This is a nice microwave. It is easy to operate but you need to read the instructions thoroughly. I like this and am glad I bought it.

Great looking microwave that is working well. I like the led lighting inside which stays on during the time it’s being used.
