Our previous LG microwave stopped heating after 10 years, after checking into fixing it, we discovered it would be much cheaper to purchase a new one. Thank goodness we just have a space in our cabinets to put it because the under the cabinet microwaves are much more expensive. After checking into different brands, we decided to purchase this LG brand. It has several features we really like: 1. 30 second button (our old one did not have this) 2. The finish/done "jingle". It is so much less annoying in our opinion 3. The gray interior. Our old one also had a gray interior. My pet peeve is definitely white interior microwaves. They stain after awhile and so hard to keep clean. 4. We really only use it for warming things, or thawing on the lowest heat setting, so I can't speak for any of the other features, but they look easy to use. No cons yet. We've only had it about a month.

So far the 2 things I find annoying are the it sounds like the turn table is noisy, sounds like a rattling noise when running. Also the unit moves backwards when pushing the button to open the door.

This LG replaces a 17 year old whirlpool. I am very pleased with it . Some have complained about the music that it plays when time is up, but I do not find it annoying at all. Some of my family really like it. The other thing I like about it is that it is much quieter than some of the other models I have looked at.

This microwave is awesome ! easy to use and very big on the inside. The only downside is it shows fingerprints so you have to clean it more often. The price was also great and when I ordered it for curbside pickup it was ready and loaded in my car in 2 hours.

Big microwave I like it and seems to work good so far. It doesn’t have the option to push a number like 1 and it cooks a minute you have to type in any time manually it doesn’t have a lot of features just basic microwave but big and more wattage

Really big fits a lot of food. My family loves that they don't have to wait to hear their food.

My new LG microwave works great. I especially like the defrost feature and the 30 minute quick start, which I can set for additional time in 30 minute increments. Easy to use and clean. Stylish looking and goes great with my other appliances. I

Number buttons are a little difficult to activate compared to our prior LG microwave. A little less intuitive than other microwaves as well, but still seems to function properly. Improvement in the indicator chime.

Ive seen a lot of people complain about the little jingle it makes when the food is done but i think its so cute LOL cooks food really well! And love that it feels like a touch screen instead of actually pushing a button. Love this and this thing is pretty big which is great!

I use this at home 24/7 I purchased it awhile back. It’s still functioning properly and I love how it looks in my kitchen. Worth the money!

Good microwave, does not make much noise in use, can use it for everything, good for the whole household.

This microwave is perfect for what we were looking for. It is a little larger than our old one, so be sure you have the amount of counterspace figured out before purchasing, but the removable turn table and plenty of easy to learn extras included with this microwave have certainly made me think this was a worthwhile purchase.

Purchased unit in July 2023. 10 months in the unit began only heating to lukewarm. Took the unit back to BestBuy who then told us that LG handles replacements/returns directly. So, we took the unit back home to contact LG. Contacted LG, a bit of a hassle, but they replaced the unit. New unit arrived in a different finish but that's not a big deal to us. However, the new unit will not sit flush on the counter and rocks, a problem we did not have with the original unit which was on the same spot. The feet are not adjustable so we contacted LG again to let them know that the unit is defective. They, apparently, do not consider the unit rocking on the counter to be a defect and refuse to fix, replace, or refund. We have finally added a little felt pad to one of the feet to keep it from rocking, something we do not think should be necessary on a brand new appliance. The three stars are because for the first 10 months we loved the microwave but the process for the warranty replacement, compounded with the replacement having a balance defect sours us on both the appliance and the BestBuy/LG customer service process.

The interior is a nice gray color and the lighting is really nice. Plenty of power, in fact if you are upgrading from something a bit smaller, you may find yourself needing to use a bit less time or cut the power back just a little. Over all, I am quite satisfied with this microwave.

Very helpful sales associate. This microwave does more then I could ask for. I like the touch screen instead of button feature. I haven’t heated anything that did not get fully warmed throughout. Everyone you close and open the door it feels so sturdy. And it also is not too loud while heating.

Powerful, but not perfect. It's big for a microwave, but for the power that's expected. I love it, the only drawback for me is I wish the buttons were a bit more sensitive to touch. It often takes some work to get the "push" just right when entering cooking times.

Have had the joy of owning this microwave for a week now and very glad to have purchased it. It heats food very quickly and the capacity is extremely large. It also is incredibly perky, playing songs and beeps to say hello when I open the door and when time is complete. Been a good purchase so far.
