I thought this was it. Finally a good microwave until it stopped heating and you could hear arcing inside. Contacted LG and what a joke of a warranty program. They offered a reimbursement as long as I purchased another LG unit. I am FORCED to purchase the same model because that's the only thing that will fit in the same size hole I have. Not only that LG is not taking responsibility for disposing of THEIR product, but force you to do in order to get reimbursement. Let's see how well the replacement unit will work after a few months. When it works, it's great and I loved it. This is not making america great again! LG is not on our side.

This is a replacement for an identical LG microwave. The last one endured 2 years before the magnetron ("heart" of the microwave) apparently bit the bullet. There was a really weird positive to the situation, though. When I buy "stuff", I NEVER buy extended warranties, but I did when I bought this. I was all set to chunk the old one in the dump. Howsomeever, when I grabbed the owner's manual, the original receipt fell out - along with an extended warranty pamphlet. Since it was already in my hand, I went ahead and scanned the receipt. Lo and behold, to my complete and total amazement, I discovered I had actually purchased a 2-year extended warranty. The folks at BestBuy were super - they had the replacement in stock and I was able to pick it up that same day, awesome experience!!!

I bought this to replace a almost 20 years old LG microwave. This one seems “hotter” than the other one so I’m having issues adjusting my reheating patterns but overall I’m very pleased with it.

I'm happy with the microwave, it's big and looks good and works well. Four stars because it rattles a bit (at least mine does) and it plays a somewhat annoying little ditty when it finishes, and (worse) it keeps repeating it if you leave the finished food in there.

Microwave works excellent, nothing bad to say in regards to it. When reading reviews some complained about the music it plays when done but I actually liked it does this as it reminds my kids when they have warmed something up

We were looking for a counter microwave to avoid replacing our built-in microwave/oven combo, because the oven still works well. This counter microwave is simple to use, cooks evenly and has an easy selection of re-heat & cooking settings. It was a great buy for the money.

Bought this to go with matching stove and fridge. Looks great and is very powerful. Heats way faster than my old one and has lots of space inside.

This is a very large microwave so make sure that you have plenty of room on the countertop for it. It is very powerful and easy to use and was only $10 more on sale than the smaller version so I went with it. It's a little big for my space but I like all of the extra features you get with it.

Good product but only last a year and a half. At that point over a year and a half, the inside light has stopped working, and the door open button does not function properly and will come out of its position and spring will fall out. Microwave still works properly but for the hassle of all the other stuff and the money paid, I Do not recommend to buy!

Love it. Minimum sound while working and a beautiful soft ring bell will tell you and remind you that food is ready.

This microwave works really good I actually went and bought another one just to keep in my garage just in case my first one goes out but I think that won’t be for a long time from now.

I love how this sings to me and not the annoying beeping! I love that it has the diagnostic to match up with the LG App on my smart phone! I love the color inside and how the inside is so easy to clean! YES I LOVE LOVE LOVE this micowave!

This is a powerful microwave oven. Plug in versus a hard wired oven is a good value. We really like the design and how it functions.

This microwave is perfect. It is very roomy. I think that I could probably fit a turkey in there if I wanted to. It does take up a large part of our counter space so make sure that you check the measurements in the area that you are going to put it in.

This microwave does exactly what others do, it has a little more tech other than that .... its big and lite my last one last almost a decade will see how this one does. Does not feels strong to last as long.

Absolutely phenomenal for a microwave, its massive so have space but it can do everything as a microeave goes. Top of the line!

I had a small 700 and this one is so good that I can't express how this upgrade had made things more simpler for me.
