This LG microwave is perfect for our microwave cart, size-wise. It cooks evenly and it has sensor cooking for popcorn, which is a good ting to have. We had to replace our Sharp we had for 16 years and it is well worth it.

I might cook from scratch. However, I usually buy my food that only needs to be heated and maybe cooked. As an oven, I would say no. For heating and maybe cooking, the microwave has enough room and does the job. I am happy enough with this one.

I bought this to upgrade size and looks. I'm extremely happy with how it cooks and reheats meals. The capacity is impressive with no worries on plate size. The inner coating appears that it'll make any clean up easy, but I haven't gotten to that point or need yet.

This microwave is very easy to use.It also fits perfect into the built in spot right above my built in oven

Love the ease of use, its easy to clean, sounds are low key and not obnoxious, and it displays the clock at all time. We'd previously had an LG microwave that the clock display went away after a short time and was reluctant to purchase another LG but we love this one better the last one!

This microwave provides more for less, compared to its competitors. Very spacious, cooks and reheats the food evenly. Many of my home appliances are LG, a name you can trust for quality.

The microwave has performed in an excellent fashion. Easy to use and clean. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Not a lot of extra buttons that just confuse and make getting to a setting more difficuilt.

Great microwave for the price and looks great. The only complaint I have is the door open button feels very cheap and sloppy.

Hands down this has been one of my FAVORITE microwaves! So easy to clean due to the finish of the "interior" surface, and the lack of square corners (where debris & splats normally collects). I've own this sleek LG-NeoChef microwave for a little over two yrs. It is still working with excellence. I'm going to purchase another one for my parents due to the ease of cleaning and the user friendly tech features. Since it has been tried & proven I can highly recommend the LG-NeoChef 2.0 cu. ft. microwave found at Best Buy stores.

PROs. It looks great, it is very spacious and very powerful. CONs. Not very durable. When we had to replace it. Best buy was better than LG themselves.

Bought this to replace the same exact unit that we bought just 10 months ago. The light bulb went out in that, and since it was still under warranty, LG opted to replace our unit (we had to buy, send receipt, and now we are awaiting a refund) rather than replace the light bulb. Overall this microwave is fine, but not nearly as good as the LG microwave I bought four years ago which had MUCH better pre-set options (melt or soften butter were my favorites). We replaced that one because the megatron inverter died after four years. We are basically tied to LG now because we have this unit built in with the LG frame and no other brand will fit properly. This is my 3rd LG microwave in five years - we'll see how long this one lasts.

The LG microwave is a pretty good microwave. It has a lot of nice features including sensor cooking. Heats things up nicely even in the middle...just need to be aware that the whole principle behind the sensor heating is that it is "reading" the amount of steam generated out of the dish. That means that you have to leave the dish uncovered to some degree to allow that steam to escape. The gray interior is easy to keep clean with soap and water. The interior light makes it easy to check on the cooking while it is occurring. As for the "chime" which the LG uses, yes it is unique in that it is a short few notes rather than the beep sound. It's just different, that's all. That sound is easier to notice when there is something else going on in the house.

The microwave works pretty well, but is kinda backwards in setting it up to try and warm food items up.

We have a shelf in our kitchen that our microwave sets on. It was very difficult to find a microwave that was a normal size inside that would safely sit on the shelf. This one works well. The controls are a bit interesting, because the only thing you can see on the front is + and -. It cooks well.

We really like the looks of the microwave! It is just the right size for our use. We ordered black stainless steel and it doesn’t show the finger prints like others.I ordered it and we received it within a week, delivered to our house.
