Replacement for Thermador that did not last more than five years. This has a 10 year warranty on magnetron and cost 1/4 as much. Works great and easier to clean. Very large interior and lights up well. Time will tell if it holds up, but I believe it will.

Good value for the price point. Larger microwave with assortment of auto cook/defrost settings that work nicely. Has good power level so it also heats qucikly

This is a great oven. I prefer it much over the smaller size (1.5 cf) for which I had to exchange it. I have to place my microwave in a dedicated shelf space in my cabinets, and there wasn't sufficient clearance on the sides to accommodate the airflow recommended by the manufacturer. It isn't so much that I need the full interior space of this oven; it's the fact that the door opens with a push-button (the handle-opening of the smaller oven tends to make it slide around--I'll have to get a non-slip mat to put underneath) and the controls on the outside of the door (the smaller one has the controls inside, which I find a bit annoying). Both are terrific though, and I think I will ultimately be happy with the 1.5 cf version, but if you have room for it, this one is the way to go.

The microwave is great. It's much better than a previous Samsung microwave I had. However, there are a couple of things I've noticed. While these aren't deal breakers for me it may be something to consider. 1. single serving (small size) microwave popcorn. It doesn't always recognize these properly and I've had some burned popcorn when using the popcorn button. It's not every time, though. So, hit or miss, I guess 2. The "finished cooking" beeping has been replaced with a chime/song but it seems rather quiet. So, you'll need to pay attention and listen for it.

I purchased this Microwave to replace the one I had that stopped working. Everything about this Microwave is so much better. Controls are easy to use. The Sensor Cook Mode and Sensor Reheat Mode work great. It takes the guesswork out of how much time to enter. The turntable is really big and can hold any size baking dish. I just wish the electrical cord was longer. It just barely reached our outlet. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this model.

I love the style and how big it is. Seeing “family size” I thought it was just an ordinary microwave size but I was wrong! I can fit a few bowls in it if I wanted to. My children and I love it’s little chime it makes whether it’s done.

Seems to operate as designed. Still getting used to how to program based on wattage. Has plenty of room inside. Barely fit where the other came out. Overall, well satisfied. We have other LG products and all seem fine.

We bought it as replacement for kenmore built in microwave, got more functions than the old one and fit perfectly using the same cover and frame.

We love our new microwave. It's quiet and the alert is not loud and obnoxious.

It will work, I don't like the fact that it has no grip and slides across the counter. Also, I cannot connect it to my app like I did my LG frig. But I could be doing something wrong. Other than that, it works, I like it nice size

Great microwave for the countertop. I purchased this for my son who lives in an apartment. This was the perfect size, all the right buttons and a very good microwave. This was the right price the right size and the right time.

The true power adjustment really sets this oven ahead of most others. Now I don't have pops and a mess in the oven. Cleaning is easier than the GE I had. The touch screen is better than tactile switch pads.

My old microwave died and needed a new one. Saw this beauty and decided to grab it. The style is great and fits my modern kitchen perfectly. I love the LED light inside and the ring tone it sings when the cycle is completed. The only thing that I do not like is that fact that you need to reset the clock every time you plug it in. I keep mine unplugged when not in use for safety. When you plug it in, you need to reset the clock every time before it will let you start to warm something. I am now accustomed to it and just type in 1:11 every time I plug it in but LG should have a bypass for this. otherwise it is amazing and the size is great! It is worth it for sure, especially when on sale! And never forget to add the Best Buy service plan for added peace of mind. They will fix or replace it for almost any reason if it fails. I love Best Buy for standing behind the products they sell!
