Have not used the product yet, but the size and features are great. Price is decent.

I had the same version of an older model of this microwave. It fit our cabinet perfectly but the vent was on the right side and so eventually the unit overheated and failed. So why did I buy the same brand? Because the older model come with the home we purchased in 2012 and we had no idea it was a countertop model and not meant to be in cabinet without proper ventilation (bad house builder/contractor). We I found out the the vent is now on the left and back we were able to just drill holes in one side of the cabinet that is covered by the refrigerator and we put a stick in the back so it doesn't slide all the way to the back and there is a hole for the power cord that also provides ventilation in the back. Fits perfectly and so far so good with it not overheating.

Love the size of the product and working great. The color also suit perfect to our kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this microwave to go into our kitchen island, fits and looks great. Love the chime when foods ready. Haven’t used it to cook a meal, but it heats food fast. We got a great deal too.

Inside wall of the microwave is rounded in the corner, which gave it a nice professional look. The inside is also a gray color. It looked nice installed with the trim. And it makes a very pleasant sound when your food is done.

An excellent purchase! It is extremely user friendly! Interior is so easy to keep clean.

Great size and lots of power. Has several settings to use like sensor reheat, shortcut defrost modes, etc. Inside space is large. Only think we dislike is the annoying sound when time is up. Hopefully LG will make a change to the sound for future products.

This unit is top notch. Cooks evenly and efficiently. Buttons and controls are easy to use. The unit is a bit larger than I thought it would be, but pleased with purchase

I love this thing. I was looking at all of the microwaves across many mfg's & sites and was perplexed as to what was important besides reviews. I can say that the price point, the easyclean surface, the Smart Inverter cooking, a chime vs a ding, great power at 1200 watts, and the printproof stainless steel are all (I went with the black) are all worthy and are great features. It's a bit larger than what I wanted but the smaller LG equivalent models have most of the control panel bind the door with a pull door vs the push button on this unit. I've used microwaves since a child starting with a huge Litton back around 1973. I've used cheap and very expenses models and this is the best one I've ever utilized.

Works great, food gets hot super quick. The inside is huge, which is nice. The only complaint is the button to open it gets slightly stuck, sometimes you have to hit it twice.

We love it. Also, we like the quiet bell when done. it is loud enough to be heard but not ear piercing like all the others we have had.

Like everyone else we couldn't live without a microwave. I am 66 years old witch was before there time. The good old tv dinners that took for ever. this microwave is 2.0 cubic ft. plenty big enough. The only thing is the ringer could be louder.

This is awesome! It is good size for us and works great. The buttons are soft touch, so it takes some time to get used to. Also the “finished microwaving” noise is a short jingle. It is fun.

LG-2.0 Cu.ft is a family size microwave. I am impressed with the innovative hexagonal non-tipping turn table. A 10-Year Warranty on Magnetron is indeed a plus and one can rely on the quality. I definitely recommend this unit.

Nice looking microwave that does everything you need. The black stainless looks really great in the kitchen as well.

Had this for 1+ years. Works great for us. The alarm is not an issue to me. It does sound off at roughly 1 minute intervals after the cooking is done and until the door is open. It is not too loud or of an annoying nature to me or my wife. The cook button menu on the top of the door opening is very convenient. I have used the Sensor Cook several times and it has worked good for me. The selection does not cover all needs but for the ones specified it worked good. Experimentation is required for those selections outside the scope of the menu. I thought I was buying too much for my needs but as I got comfortable with the operation and options I find I use this microwave almost as much as my oven, We are very happy with the purchase.

This is our second LG microwave. My husband cooked metal in the first, Ha! The new model is great! The settings make life simple and the tune is great. Sounds better than a nerve racking bell or buzzz. I highly recommend it. Even my husband can operate it. lol
