Love love love this microwave. It cooks & defrosts so fast! The sense cook & popcorn button are the best, I am so happy that I can put a ham steak from my home grown pig in it & it won’t hit the sides with all the room inside!

This unit replaced our Thermador after using for 5+ years. So far, we are very impressed with this unit. The price was great on Best Buy and this fits in our space, where we had Thermador Installed. Highly recommended.

I got a Samsung first and was super loud , I think it was defect cause no microwaves can be that loud so return it for this LG which is super quiet.

So far it's been working fabulously. It's simple to use, with guidelines stamped inside as a guide.

The product is working well for us. We are please with the over all stream lined looks and that it cleans well. The Microwave is easy to use and heats or cooks whatever we choose to use it for.

This microwave works as expected but is more complicated than I thought it would be. My old GE was so much easier to use. One reheat button, just put it in and press reheat. This one you have to look in the manual and figure out which level you need. It’s a little too high tech for my liking but am keeping it as this is the second one we got. Got the first one home and the glass plate was shattered, had to load it back into the car and return, not an easy task for old people.

The sizing is not accurate. The device is wider by 1/8" then it states so it could not fit the designated space, and we had to returned it unused. We have replaced ti with the smaller model (LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave - Stainless steel) which is very similar and I can share my experience with it: The device is visually very appealing. It has nice controls, and nice chimes. Below are some minor issues I've found: Despite being anti stain cover, the fingers signs are clearly seen. The model lacks numeric keypad, so you can' precisely set the desired time. The power could be higher, despite the used new technology Smart Inverter I've noted some dishes now take longer to prepare. Hope it is helpful!

Simple operation with great results. Only drawback is not fingerprint proof.

This replaces a previous one, essentially the same model, but newer. The older one had slightly more features than the newer one, but the main ones I miss are the soften settings (like for orange juice or butter) and reheat rolls. The missing ones of course can be replicated by experimenting with time/power level settings -- I only wish the manual had a list of appropriate settings for them.

Nice oven, good price. We bought an open box model. Didn't realize there were different levels of open box, received no help on sales floor, including hefting this thing up to the register. Not everyone is 22 years old and microwaves may not be ranges, but they aren't the latest cell phone either. 5 stars for product, 3 stars for negative CX.

Okay Guys, we needed a public use microwave and this LG has served well. Simple to use, but with all those extra features that help when you need them (i.e. popcorn <lol>). Anyway, got it on deal of the day and it's great.

Looks great. Does what it is supposed to do. Note that it is large so it needs ample counter space but there is room inside for larger items. Recommended.

We were looking for a microwave to fit the space left by our broken one. Measurements worked and love the features. No too complicated, but efficient and powerful. Seems to cook evenly.

I swap out my microwave oven quite often. This one is so far the most quiet and elegant counter top unit I've ever owned. The built is very refined and the surfaces are resistant to kids' finger prints. I will definitely buy again.

Microwave is easy to use and clean. The only 1 thing i have sometimes an issue with, is the touch screen, its not completely user friendly. Other than that wonderful product.

Worth the money. Nice large turntable. Easy to clean.
