This is a good microwave. It's well designed and easy to use. Several useful features enhance the cooking experience. The question, as other reviewers have noted, is whether it's reliable for the longer term. I bought a previous model LG microwave at Best Buy about 18 months ago. The cooking element failed after about 9 months. LG replaced the microwave, but the cooking element in the new unit failed after about 6 months, when it was out of warranty based on the original purchase date. I bought an extended warranty from Best Buy for this new unit, but hope I don't have to use that warranty.

For us, this was just an upgrade to the newer model. Improvements include being able to actually see clearly through the front window. BTW, our old one lasted about 10 years, and we used it on a regular basis.

This matches other LG stainless steel products very well. It is a large unit but is comparable to our prior over-the-range style of microwave. We prefer this instead.

Amazing microwave. Cooks every meal perfectly. The LED display is very clear and the buttonless feel adds to the luxury feel. Purchased this over 3 years ago and is working great to this day. Hope this helps you decide

Best and great price available for Brand Appliance

Looks great, works great, easy to clean, and very spacious. Works well for my biggest dinner plates and has a variety of defrost options for different proteins

Big upgrade from our old microwave, this new one is HUGE and fast

My wife and I love this new microwave oven. It was a replacement for an old one, and with the trim kit, looks like a built in.

This particular microwave is very heavy duty and big. I like to use big plates and dishes. This has enough room inside it to fit pretty much any size. Absolute best for family purpose.

Work great. Suits our needs. Must say it has a wide indoor and takes some room but its well worth it. I highly recommend it.

So fsr working so good. Defrosts evenly as well as cooks the same. Quiet, large enough to hold a good size platter. Very happy with this unit.

It’s a good microwave. I just don’t like that the buttons are hard to push.

The microwave is a beast in both dimensions and power/features! It was the perfect fit for our spot but it’s large so make sure you measure!

Bought this for my parents and they love it. It's huge and robust. Reminds me of the old school powerful microwaves, but now with modern tech. Recommend!

We bought this for our church. Love the size (much larger than most of the microwaves out there). Also, works great and looks good!

It is a great microwave, ours went out no warning so went to some places to find one and Best Buy had the best valve and we didn’t have to wait for one to get in was in stock.

We bought this microwave because our other one stopped heating. It was only 2 yrs old. Husband went to put it in and dropped it so we ended up going back and buying another one. 2 microwaves in 2 days :(
