This matches other LG stainless steel products very well. It is a large unit but is comparable to our prior over-the-range style of microwave. We prefer this instead.

First new microwave I've bought in over a decade. This one is truly worth the money. What is impressive are the stored settings for cooking items like baked potatoes or the defrosting settings. They really work.

quiet, works well, but need to constantly wipe black glass and ss trim - shows all finger prints, so have to wipe it 2-3 time a day to look clean, they should consider smudge proof surface/coating

This is a good microwave. It's well designed and easy to use. Several useful features enhance the cooking experience. The question, as other reviewers have noted, is whether it's reliable for the longer term. I bought a previous model LG microwave at Best Buy about 18 months ago. The cooking element failed after about 9 months. LG replaced the microwave, but the cooking element in the new unit failed after about 6 months, when it was out of warranty based on the original purchase date. I bought an extended warranty from Best Buy for this new unit, but hope I don't have to use that warranty.

This particular microwave is very heavy duty and big. I like to use big plates and dishes. This has enough room inside it to fit pretty much any size. Absolute best for family purpose.

An absolutely beautiful microwave with some OOMPH. Cooks things insanely fast and the “sensor cook” works really well so far. Made popcorn last night and it was cooked to perfection…there was literally ONE kernel at the bottom! Haha The only drawback for some is that this microwave is truly massive. Definitely double check your dimensions before purchasing. Some people may be thrown off by the tune it makes but honestly it’s a nice change up and makes me feel happier about my food being ready!
